Product line owner for manufacturing/repairing of hardware Creation of DR's (Discrepancy Reports) and work with Engineering to Drive Closure on DR's Dispositioning of Hardware for Manufacturing per ESM & other approved documentation The Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate is a hands-on manufacturing engineer with 3+ years in regulated, high-mix aerospace production, who has proven success industrializing new products, improving OEE, and eliminating defects through data-driven problem solving and kaizen. They collaborate across Operations, Quality, Design, and Sourcing, mentor technicians and engineers, and reliably deliver SQDC outcomes by mastering process control, equipment qualification, and compliance (AS9100/NADCAP). Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Aerospace, Materials, or related) or HSD/GED with 5 years of applicable experience 3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in a production environment Proven experience with process development, equipment specification/validation, and production troubleshooting. Working knowledge of GD&T, PFMEA/Control Plans, SPC, and root cause/corrective action. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in aerospace or other regulated industry; familiarity with AS9100, NADCAP, and special processes (e.g., machining, coatings, heat treat, composites, additive, assembly/test). Hands-on experience with automation/robotics, PLCs, sensors/vision systems, and MES/PLM/ERP (e.g., Solumina, Teamcenter, SAP). Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills; ability to influence across functions and at all levels. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Production & Performance Support Participate in lighting, audio, and video plot hangs and focus sessions. Assist with preshow checks including lighting, audio, video, systems automation systems. Set up and operate video systems for monitoring, projections, and streaming as needed. Join run crews for productions, rehearsals, and special events. Assist in setting up and striking tech tables, running lights, and cue lights during technical rehearsals. Assist with the monitoring of antimicrobial levels throughout production areas to withstand compliance with Safety and Suitable Support facility Food Safety/Regulatory Compliance programs such as Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), Sanitation Standard Operation Procedures (SSOP's), and Sanitation Performance Standards (SPS) via monitoring and verifying. Assure monitoring instruments, i.e., thermometers, etc. are accurately calibrated. Provide verification services in the areas of receiving, storage of ingredients, packaging and raw materials, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's), net weights, proper labeling, quality characteristics. Verification may include additional monitoring as a verification step. Maintain records, processes, procedures including responsibility for data entry of specific quality-related information. Effectively communicate inspection findings and observations. Suspend production upon discovery of improper insanitary conditions, out of control, or if positive control in question. Retain product that does not conform to USDA, George's, or customer requirements. Follow all safety rules and practices. Perform other duties as assigned. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position will not have supervisory responsibility. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Required None Preferred Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) through the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Understanding/knowledge of HAACP principles.
