The Construction Surveillance Engineering Technician (CSET) will provide technical services and expertise related to all phases of construction on a variety of projects within the area of responsibility. The Construction Surveillance Engineering Technician (CSET) will provide technical services and expertise related to all phases of construction on a variety of projects within the area of responsibility.
