Job Summary We are currently seeking an experience Senior Project Scheduler to join our team. The Senior Project Scheduler at Summit Line Construction is responsible for developing, maintaining, and updating detailed project schedules that ensure all milestones are met on time and within budget. This role requires close collaboration with the management team, project managers, field supervision, and material procurement teams to ensure the smooth execution of high-voltage transmission, distribution, and substation construction and maintenance projects. What You'll Do Key Responsibilities Schedule Development Schedule the project in logical steps and budget the time required to meet critical project milestones. Develop and maintain master schedules in collaboration with the management team, ensuring that all phases of the project are properly planned and accounted for. Break down the master schedule into multiple 3-week look-ahead schedules, coordinating with crews and providing timely notifications to customers. Tracking and Updating Track baseline schedules and update them on a weekly basis to reflect any changes or delays, ensuring the schedule remains aligned with project goals. Monitor project progress against the schedule, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions to keep the project on track. Collaborate with project managers to ensure schedule updates are accurate and reflect the current project status. Reporting Develop and generate insightful reports from scheduling software, providing detailed analyses of project timelines, resource allocation, and potential risks. Communicate schedule updates and critical path analyses to project stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with Summit Line's standards. Material Coordination Collaborate with the material procurement team to track material lead times and shipping dates, ensuring that materials are available when needed and that project schedules are not delayed. Integrate material availability into the project schedule to maintain work continuity and prevent delays. Consultation and Collaboration Consult with project managers and field supervision to develop crew assignments, tasks, and subtasks that align with the overall project schedule and meet Summit Line's high standards. Facilitate regular schedule review meetings with project teams to ensure alignment and address any potential issues early on. What You'll Bring Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project scheduling, preferably in the electrical infrastructure construction industry. Proficiency in scheduling software such as, MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar tools. Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with a focus on safety and project excellence. Overview The Lemartec Site Safety Manager is responsible for promoting and ensuring site safety and has a comprehensive knowledge for the day-to-day safety field operations for their assigned project(s), including planning, coordinating, and enforcing safety regulations and codes while serving as the company's point of contact for owners, subcontractors, regulatory agencies and Lemartec' s team for all safety related matters. Provides appropriate safety and health, accident prevention, and investigation training for managers and supervisors. Assists management in the annual safety overviews. Job Summary: We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our team in Albuquerque, NM! The Project Manager will oversee the planning, directing, and coordinating of high-voltage electric transmission and distribution construction and maintenance projects throughout the country. This role involves ensuring the successful organization, scheduling, budgeting, staffing, subcontractor management, safety, quality, and implementation of these projects. *This role will report on project sites and/or remotely until a permanent office location is opened in the Albuquerque area. What You'll Do Responsibilities: Project Planning and Management: Lead budget projections for labor, material, equipment, and subcontractors procured on the project. Ensure project costs stay within the forecasted budget range and implement cost-saving measures where possible. Develop and manage project Schedule of Values (SOV), update based on production, prepare billing packages, and submit to the customer. Assist in pre-construction efforts including bid preparation, contract and exhibit review, and execution planning. Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly projections and progress for all construction activities. Provide project cost forecasting, monthly cost to complete development, and accuracy of reporting. Develop, submit, track, and maintain all project submittals and requests for information. Review cost reports and evaluate methods to reduce costs while maintaining productivity. Responsible for the invoicing or payment application process for completed scope. Contract Administration: Prepare, review, and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements with suppliers and subcontractors. Work with legal to oversee contracts to protect the company's interests while maintaining good relationships. Ensure all contracts comply with company policies and legal requirements. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive electronic and printed files of working documents in accordance with outlined document control practices. Generate and review daily, weekly, and monthly projections and progress reports for all construction activities. Present project updates to executive leadership and stakeholders. Stakeholder Communication and Issue Resolution: Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. Lead meetings with supervisory personnel, subcontractors, or engineers to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, or construction problems. Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers, and clients, representing the owner or developer. Material and Quality Management: Develop and oversee project material trackers based on customer Bill of Materials (BOM), drawings, and scope. Maintain material tracker based on inventories, production, shortages, and damages. Monitor and control construction through communication with the superintendent to ensure the project is built on schedule and within budget. Execute corrective actions to address delays, adverse weather conditions, or emergencies. Monitor the quality of weekly labor and equipment hours, material, and subcontractor reporting. Ensure productivity, efficient use of materials/equipment, and contractual performance of the project. Team Leadership and Development: Mentor and guide assistant project managers and project coordinators, providing training and development opportunities. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment. Lead daily, weekly, and monthly meetings, as required, including the formulation of the agenda and minutes. What You'll Bring Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience in high-voltage electric transmission and distribution construction or a related field. Technical Proficiency: Must be proficient with Microsoft Office suite, particularly strong Microsoft Excel skills. Experience with project management software is preferred. Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills. Multi-tasking Ability: Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work effectively. Adaptability: Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, switch directions as needed, and demonstrate adaptability. Education: Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or business, or a related field is required. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP) is preferred.
