Your new role
As our new Principal or Senior Managing Consultant, you will be a subject matter expert in the area of chemical regulations, including US and Canadian new chemical notifications and compliance, and you will help lead and drive business development and projects focused on product safety and stewardship.
You will be part of our interdisciplinary team in the Americas, engaging with other business and technical professionals, and will work with all levels of technical expertise, from entry level team members to members with decades of experience, many of whom are subject matter experts in their own fields.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Maintaining cutting-edge knowledge of developments in US and global industrial chemical control regulations, as well as general knowledge of such regulations in The European Union and Asia Pacific regions
Providing high quality technical, scientific, and regulatory advice, including formulation of high- level regulatory strategy relating to global chemical control regulations, particularly the US TSCA and Canadian CEPA regulatory frameworks
Managing multi-disciplinary, cross-geography projects while working with subject matter experts at Ramboll and providing technical and regulatory consultancy services to clients in the chemicals, oil & gas, electronics, automotive, and other industrial sectors, as well as various law firms and trade associations
Commitment to client success while acting as the primary client contact and being responsible for ensuring pre-market regulatory approvals and other work products are delivered to a high standard, on time, and within the proposed budget
Marketing your expertise and identifying potential new opportunities for growing book of business and maintaining an established client network and independently managing those client relationships

Salary Transparency Statement
At Ramboll, your base pay is only part of your overall total compensation package. At the time of this posting, this role is likely to be compensated at an annual base salary between $160,000 and $260,000. What You Need to be Successful
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a STEM-related field
10 years of experience with remote-sensing systems
Subject-matter expertise in some of the following technical areas covered by the department: image chain modeling, change detection and tracking, space domain awareness, lidar and 3D remote sensing, product quality metrics, optics analysis and design, calibration, and data simulation for IC/DoD customer needs.
Proven ability to lead projects from concept to successful delivery of customer and business objectives

Job Summary
The Aerospace Corporation is seeking a Contracts Administrator (Contracts Administration Staff III). This position is responsible for preparing, negotiating, administering, and terminating standard and non-standard contracts, primarily for US government, commercial and international customers. This position conducts proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration and customer contact activities to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications, and advises management of contractual rights and obligations. This position analyzes contractual data and provides recommendations to internal and external customers, as required.
The selected candidate will be required to work full-time, onsite at our facility in El Segundo, CA.
What You'll Be Doing
Draft, review, and execute Nondisclosure Agreements (NDAs) with various commercial, international, and government customers
Prepare, negotiate and execute proposals and contracts, managing the approval process in compliance with company policies and procedures
Perform risk assessment of proposals and contracts terms and conditions to assist the program office in development of risk mitigation strategies
Administer and manage contracts with an emphasis on analyzing the contracts' deliverables, special provisions, modifications, and terms and conditions
Managing and ensuring that contract data is accurately captured in Aerospace's Contract Management Lifecycle (CMLS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
Understand, evaluate, and communicate contract provisions, clauses, and regulations including Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR) clauses, flow-downs, and subcontract requirements; maintains official program records, including contractual documents and correspondence with customer
What You Need to be Successful - Contracts Administration Staff III
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in related field
Five or more years of contracts experience
Experience in government and commercial contracts management, working on a diverse portfolio of contract types, customers, products and services
Experience with FAR, DFAR, CAR, NFS and other federal acquisition regulations and codes
