Train and mentor production associates on proper equipment operation and care. Assist in updating SOPs related to equipment use and processes. Identify and implement cost, quality, and reliability improvements. Support continuous improvement initiatives such as PPI and Lean activities. Ability to troubleshoot automated equipment, electronics, sensors, motors, servos, and pneumatics. Strong mechanical skills including disassembly, repair, and reassembly of complex equipment. Proficient use of hand and power tools. Working knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, lubrication, electrical systems, and industrial automation. Understanding of general construction, repair, and facility maintenance. Knowledgeable and proficient in Good Documentation Practices (GDP). Proficient with PC applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Ability to use CMMS and inventory management software. Ability to communicate clearly with Work Centers, teams, and contractors professionally. Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interpersonal interactions.
