The intern will also assist with system maintenance, basic networking, cloud and DevOps tasks, cybersecurity monitoring, and documentation. This role provides hands‑on experience while working closely with the IT team to maintain reliable and secure technological services. **Key Responsibilities ** **Hardware & Software Support: **Providing first-level technical assistance for employees, including troubleshooting printers, computers, and mobile devices. **Help Desk Triage: **Logging, monitoring, and resolving help desk tickets to ensure issues stay within service level agreements (SLA). **System Maintenance: **Performing routine maintenance, installing software updates, and managing backups.
