Works under minimal supervision. What your background should look like Associate degree in Mechanical Design, Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Technology, or related field; or equivalent work experience. Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in mechanical design or product development. Proficiency in PTC Creo and familiarity with PTC Windchill/PDMLink preferred. Strong understanding and application of GD&T principles Experience in connector design is highly desirable. Hands-on experience in building and assembling prototypes, or a strong interest in developing these skills. Solid mechanical aptitude and experience working with your hands Basic understanding of manufacturing technologies such as molding, machining, stamping, plating, and component assembly. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills.
