Position Summary

As a newly hired Sales Associate, you will participate in the Richmond American Homes Peak Sales Training program. This training phases of the program includes initial orientation, Richmond American Way Training, systems training, job shadowing, and selling. The program is designed for all skill levels, with the primary function is to receive and implement on the job training to graduate from the program within four to ten weeks.
Responsibilities
* Train on policies and procedures through self-led exercises, instructor-led training and shadowing of experienced new home sales associates.
* Traveling between communities to support where needed when existing staff is off or as needed for development.
* Developing relationships with customers.
* Networking & prospecting.
* Understand the customer experience touchpoints to maintain quality customer service and lead buyers throughout new home sales process.
* Completing accurate and timely contract paperwork - this is a requirement prior to being promoted to Sales Consultant
* Obtaining and analyzing market data critical for our communities to remain competitive.
* Maintaining standard sales office hours but understand flexibility to meet customer schedules is a priority.
* Successfully complete required company training programs, procure required sales units, and obtain approval from management to be promoted into Sales Consultant.
Requirements
* High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience. Bachelor's degree preferred.
* Ability to work weekends.
* A Real Estate License is required in all states EXCEPT CO, MD, NM, TX & VA
* Previous high-end sales, preferred.
* Ability to connect with people, and develop and maintain professional relationships.
* Action oriented individuals, with the drive to push sales to successful closure
* Proficient computer skills in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
* Valid Driver's License with reliable transportation because driving within a community and to other communities is an essential function of this position
* All new hires will attend a week of sales training at our corporate office in Denver, CO during the first month of employment. Details will be discussed at time of offer.
Compensation
* Base Salary: $30.00 per hour while in the training program

* Creatively lead the design and development process for all architectural projects.
* Conduct regular competitive architectural market analysis, interpret findings and education team members.

* Updates division team on status of projects using current internal systems. Maintains project tracker and any field requests.
* Tracks/maintains all plan histories and version (architectural, structural and MEP plans). Ensures files are stored correctly per corporate policy.
* Ensures documents comply with applicable building codes, jurisdictional requirements and company standards.
* Assists with all other requests by division leadership, including reviews of marketing collateral (brochures and interactive plans on beazer.com) for accuracy. Coordinates and leads all prototype frame walks, design charrettes, schematic designs and annual product strategy meetings.
* Coordinates schematic design reviews with division, consultants and corporate Planning and Design.
Education & Experience
* Bachelor degree in architecture/design from accredited institution with;

Your Responsibilities on the Team
* Engage visitors, establish relationships, and determine their home buying needs using Lennar's selling philosophy.
* Generate, process, and close home sales through self-generated or referred leads, leveraging the 10-5-2-1 selling approach.
* Provide consistent and timely follow-through with customers from initial contact through closing and post-closing activities, maintaining accurate communication records.

Requirements
* High School Diploma or equivalent required, college degree in civil engineering, geotechnical engineering preferred
* Minimum 3 years in raw land development, civil engineering, value engineering, or estimating. Offsite Purchasing experience is highly preferred
* Experience with infrastructure, developing scopes, grading, environmental is highly preferred
* Must have superior analytical and communication skills.
* Must have significant knowledge of the residential development and homebuilding industry highly preferred
* Must have sound financial management knowledge and project management skills
* Must have sound negotiating skills and influencing skills.
* Experience with JD Edwards accounting systems and Build Pro payment and scheduling software highly preferred
