Qualifications:

As a Robot Weld Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. **Shift: 2:00p** m - 1:30am, Wednesday through Saturday
**What's the Job?**
+ Operate and maintain robotic welders to produce high-quality parts, ensuring precision and consistency.
+ Assist with equipment changeovers and demonstrate understanding of robotic controller functions.
+ Update Rev Counters and collaborate with the Work Cell Controller (WCC) to optimize production.
+ Program basic robot functions and work with Manufacturing Engineering on weld modifications.
+ Perform all types of welding, including layout, fit, and weld components according to blueprint specifications without fixtures.
**What's Needed?**
+ Ability to operate gas-shield MIG welders to meet blueprint specifications.
+ Strong knowledge of blueprints and welding symbols for accurate job completion.
+ Willingness to perform preventive maintenance and rework products as necessary.
+ Experience with inventory and computer transactions.
+ Commitment to maintaining workplace standards through 5S duties.
