**What's the Job?**
+ Source new product tooling, define tool specifications, and manage the complete tooling build process from design through launch.
+ Serve on program teams to manage timing, cost, and quality of new tooling aligned with master program schedules.
+ Manage and implement changes to new and existing tooling while ensuring cost control and minimal production impact.
+ Support and facilitate preventative maintenance programs to improve tool reliability and longevity.
+ Interface with manufacturing, process specialists, engineering, and suppliers to resolve processing issues through tooling improvements.
+ Research and evaluate alternative tooling sources to improve cost, quality, and delivery performance.
+ Approve tool designs and materials and maintain tooling drawings and identification records.
+ Track and manage all tooling costs, including initial builds and change audits, ensuring lowest total cost solutions.
+ Work closely with process specialists during tool tryouts to ensure tools function efficiently.
+ Identify critical spare components, establish inventory levels, and manage replenishment systems.
**What's Needed?**
+ Bachelor's degree in a Technical/Engineering discipline **OR** Journeyman status with 5+ years manufacturing experience **OR** 10+ years technical/manufacturing experience.
+ Ability to work any shift and overtime as required.
+ Strong working knowledge of advanced technical problem-solving tools.
+ Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
+ Ability to interface with all levels of employees, from hourly represented staff to senior leadership.
+ Goal-oriented, self-starter with leadership and team management skills.
+ Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications.
+ Valid driver's license.
+ Ability to walk long distances, stand for extended periods, and lift 25 lbs or more.

**What's the Job?**
+ Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, networks, and production-related IT systems within a manufacturing environment.
+ Assist with setup, installation, and maintenance of plant floor technology devices such as PCs, barcode scanners, label printers, HMIs, and more.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and networking in both office and plant floor environments.
+ Support plant-specific applications including ERP/MES systems, production monitoring tools, and quality management systems.
+ Monitor system performance, document support activities, and escalate complex issues to senior IT staff for resolution.
**What's Needed?**
+ Associate degree or equivalent coursework in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Bachelor's preferred but not required).
+ 0-2 years of IT support experience, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting (internships or co-op acceptable).
+ Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, Wi-Fi, LAN).
+ Familiarity with ERP/MES or production systems is a plus.
+ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
+ Ability to work multiple shifts. Will be working either Day / Afternoon shift | maybe required to work on weekends
