Requirements Requirements: Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. 7 years of engineering experience, and minimum of 2 years in a leadership or management role preferred. Experience conducting performance reviews, mentoring, and managing team dynamics. Proven experience in manufacturing environments, preferably in agricultural or trailer equipment industries. Familiarity with engineering change management processes. Strong understanding of engineering standards, design principles, and manufacturing processes. Skills Strategic thinker with a track record of driving process improvements and innovation. Ability to analyze complex engineering challenges and develop effective solutions. Strong project management skills, including resource planning, and timeline management.
