Excavation Technician/Laborer

We have an excellent opportunity for an Excavation Technician for sewer & water services repairs/replacements at our Ft. Lauderdale branch located in Deerfield Beach, Florida. The average earnings after training are $75,000-$90,000. The primary role of the Excavation Technician is to perform residential and commercial excavations that resolve plumbing issues resulting from compromised or broken plumbing lines.
Responsibilities
Prioritize safety by strictly adhering to OSHA and Roto-Rooter safety protocols
Interact with customers as needed
Perform excavation tasks followed by pipe repairs or new pipe installations as an Excavation Technician
Operates back-hoe, mini-excavator, skid steers, and/or other excavation machinery equipped with scoops, shovels, or buckets to excavate and load loose materials
Work in confined spaces and open trenches
Locates and arrives at job sites in a timely manner; safely drives and operates service vehicle between job sites
Requirements
Hands-on experience in excavation projects for both residential and commercial construction settings is required.
Must have a valid driver's license. Depending on the vehicle driven, a Commercial driver's license may be required.
Demonstrate proficiency in navigating excavation environments, including confined spaces and trench operations, with efficiency and effectiveness.
Complete jobs within specified timelines
Current CDL or ability to obtain within 90 days if necessary for the vehicle driven
Trenchless water, sewer & gas experience a plus
Be willing to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, to meet the demands of the position.

About This Role:
The Central Finance (CFin) team is looking for an experienced accounting and consolidation expert with system implementation experience to join the team in the implementation of SAP/S4 HANA CFin across the organization.
This project is transformational for Carrier enabling the standardization of managerial and financial reporting to provide real time insight into business trends and results, driving scale and efficiency in transaction processing and upskilling the global organization to ensure adoption and full utilization of CFin to enable teams to work smarter.
The CFin project is underway and consists of three phases including data foundation, shared services enablement and consolidation/intercompany. The CFIN Transformation Lead will work with the deployment team, CFin workstream leads and business subject matter experts to enable the integration of each ERP and AR/AP tools into the CFin environment. The CFin Transformation Lead will enable technology to standardize financial reporting, management reporting and transaction processing by collaborating with the Controllership and FP&A organizations to establish reporting needs and working with the Financials Controls Office to establish robust Sox controls and meet compliance requirements.

About This role:
Carrier is seeking an experienced contracts professional with deep knowledge and highly developed technical expertise in both international and domestic commercial contracts review and negotiation. Key Responsibilities:
Review, revise, and assist with the completion of bid proposals.
