Responsible for pulling orders based on pick ticket to accurately build orders for loading onto delivery trucks.
Build orders according to assigned load tickets using industrial power equipment.

Responsible for meeting productivity requirements.
Stage completed pallets in designated areas.

Expedites newly received merchandise receipts to the sales floor with a sense of urgency, merchandising all items per company best practice to the monthly presentation guidelines and maintaining merchandise/brand name familiarity within departments to assist Customers.
Understands the Loss Prevention Awareness program, the Shortage Highway, the Store Protection Specialist (SPS) position (where applicable), and merchandise protection standards.
As a representative of Ross Inc., demonstrates integrity and honesty in all interactions with Associates and Customers. Safeguards confidential information, cash and credit card information, and merchandise.
Follows all Mark-Out-of-Stock (MOS) policies, including the identification of MOS merchandise, proper processing of each piece and the notification of Store Leadership to review and approve all disposals.

About Us: Pelican Leisure Sports in Quakertown, PA is a retail store that sells a wide variety of outdoor products. This includes spas, saunas, and pools year-round as well as patio furniture in the Spring/Summer and ski equipment in the Fall/Winter. We have been in business snice 1990 and keep a small team of dedicated employees. There is lots of room to grow.
What We're Looking For:
Pelican is looking for an eager employee that is willing to help in all aspects of the business. As Pelican is a small business, each of our employees take on multiple responsibilities throughout the year.
Right now we are looking for an employee to assist in our Fall/Winter Season where we sell Ski and Snowboard equipment. Knowledge of Skiing or Snowboarding is encouraged but not required.
Fall/Winter responsibilities may include:
Helping customers with Ski/Snowboard rentals
Sales
Ski tuning
Merchandising
Working the register
This job also requires the transition into our Spring/Summer Season where we sell patio furniture. During this season we are mainly looking for somebody who is willing to assist in deliveries.
Spring/Summer responsibilities may include:
Sales
Building furniture
Driving to customers homes to deliver furniture
Qualifications:
Great customer service
Knowledge of Skiing/Snowboarding or Willingness to learn
Ability to adapt to different job requirements as the stores needs change
Organizational skills
Valid drivers license and a clean driving record
