Perform data validation and ensure accuracy and consistency across reports. Collaborate with data analysts, engineers, and business teams to ensure data relevance. Maintain and optimize reporting systems for performance and scalability. Document report specifications, data sources, and development processes. Provide training and support to end-users on report usage and interpretation. Create and manage analytical tools (e.g., SSAS) to provide actionable insights into key metrics like customer acquisition and operational efficiency. Perform other duties as assigned WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED: Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle). Strong understanding of DAX and M language. Familiarity with reporting tools such as SSRS, Power BI, Tableau, or Cognos. Understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Understanding of Agile methodology (Jira) Understanding of Pivot tables and Power Query in Microsoft Excel Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in report development or business intelligence. Certifications such as Microsoft Certified Data Analyst Associate is a plus.
