Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform a full range of skin care treatments including facials, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, microneedling, and waxing. Safely operate laser and light-based devices for hair removal, IPL, skin rejuvenation, and corrective treatments in compliance with state and company standards. Conduct comprehensive consultations and skin analyses to identify client concerns and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide detailed post-treatment care instructions and home-care product recommendations to optimize client results. Build and maintain strong, trusting client relationships that encourage retention and referrals. Support the clinic's business goals by promoting skincare products and complementary services. Maintain an organized, clean, and sanitized workspace following OSHA, TDLR, and company safety protocols. Ensure all client documentation and treatment records are accurate and up-to-date. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and promotional events to stay informed and engaged. Maintain and renew all required licenses, certifications, and continuing education.
