The Food Scientist- Applications works under the guidance of the Applications Manager on developing new formulations to showcase ingredients. This position operates within FDA, FSMA and Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) requirements, defining food safety standards for the safe production of food in the plant and offices i.e. within the standards of defined risk levels by area. Under the direction of the Extrusion Manager, the Extrusion Technician is responsible for overseeing the running of extruders on the shift, setting the dies, completing documentation, and maintaining process parameters to ensure the manufacturing of quality products. About the RoleAs a Research Associate, you will play a vital role to drive the execution and analysis of high-throughput molecular discovery across in vitro models and tissues.
