Job Purpose:
The Honda Development and Manufacturing Production Engineering team is responsible for the operational technology security of the manufacturing environment. The OT Security Site Lead works across multiple technical and business areas to facilitate implementation of the regional OT security initiatives and provide onsite support for core security functions of asset management, vulnerability remediation, and equipment backup and recovery as well as support for incident management. The role is the primary collaborator with IT/business users to ensure secure operation at the site.
Key Accountabilities:
Site representative - lead interface with site members to facilitate execution of regional OT security initiatives including leading communication mtgs, providing technical support, providing training, and managing project activity.
Asset management - achieve/maintain equipment asset visibility targets for the site through the vulnerability and intrusion detection systems (IDS).
Vulnerability remediation - lead annual remediation plans for the site and support investigation and resolution of alerts from the IDS system.
Equipment backup/recovery - achieve/maintain equipment backup targets for the site, provide technical support for resolving issues, and lead incident response coordination with site members.
Regional support - contribute as a subject matter expert in developing OT security tools, systems, and processes across the prevention, vulnerability mgmt., and incident response/recovery workstreams.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Networking, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
2+ years of experience with machine control networks / industrial control systems (ICS); basic understanding of communication networks, cybersecurity fundamentals.
Knowledge of industrial cybersecurity
Strong verbal and written skills to communicate effectively both with customers and internal project teams
Business acumen in a technical environment

POSITION SUMMARY
The Part-time, unarmed Campus Safety Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for students, faculty, staff, and visitors on the Marion campus. The security officer is expected to observe, report, and respond to various situations in a non-confrontational manner, and to summon law enforcement when necessary. Perform other Safety and Security functions and assignments that enable the department to achieve its goals and advance the mission of the Marion Campus.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES, FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Patrol and Surveillance: Conduct regular patrols of the campus grounds, parking lots, and buildings on foot or in a patrol vehicle to deter criminal activity, detect safety hazards, and ensure the security of doors, windows, and gates.
Access Control: Monitor and control access to college buildings and facilities during and after business hours, including admitting authorized personnel and visitors.
Emergency Response: Respond to alarms, disturbances, and emergency situations, including medical emergencies, by following established protocols. This includes administering basic first aid/CPR, if certified, and contacting appropriate emergency services (e.g., police, fire department, EMS).
Incident Reporting: Observe and document all incidents, accidents, suspicious activities, and violations of college policy. Prepare detailed and accurate reports in a timely manner.
Public Assistance: Provide assistance to the college community, including giving directions, providing escorts, and offering lockout services. Maintain a visible and approachable presence to answer questions and address concerns.
Traffic and Parking Enforcement: Direct traffic and enforce parking regulations as needed, particularly during special events.
Safety Checks: Identify and report potential safety and maintenance issues, such as faulty equipment, leaks, or obstructions.
Collaboration: Work cooperatively with local law enforcement and emergency services when required.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
1 year of security, law enforcement, or a related field experience required.
Must be at least 18 years of age
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screening.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful or emergency situations.
Basic computer skills for report writing and communication.
Physical ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods, and to lift up to 50 pounds.
Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Smart phone required to allow access to email and college networks using MFA (multi factor authentication) - which is a tool that provides additional password and identity security.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Two-year Associate Degree or its equivalent preferred. Law enforcement experience and OPOTA certification preferred.
Current certification in First Aid, CPR, and AED.
Knowledge of standard security procedures and campus safety protocols.

Flex Officer Explanation
The Flex Officer position is crucial to our company's operational and financial success. The flex officer provides trained, competent support by working shifts which become open due to illness, call-offs, weather, vacation, or other causes. This enables Sunstates to provide continual, uninterrupted service to our customers, while also protecting the health and work balance of our personnel.
Scheduling Expectations
The scheduling parameters and expectations for a flex officer are different from those of an employee assigned to a fixed post. As a flex:
You will be trained at various posts and /or facilities based on operational need. While you may work at a specific post or location for several weeks due to need, this will not be a permanent assignment.
Your schedule (shifts, days off, hours per week, etc.) will vary based on operational need.
You will be assigned to, or offered the opportunity to accept, shifts as they become available due to staffing needs.
Some of your shifts will be scheduled in advance and posted with the new week's schedule. Sometimes you will be called with short notice and asked to come in to cover for someone who is unable to work their shift.
You are expected to work any shift for which you are scheduled in advance which falls within the availability described on this sheet. If you know you will be unavailable on an upcoming date or time that would normally fall within your availability described on this sheet, you must communicate this with your supervisor, so they know not to schedule you.
For short-notice call-ins, you are expected to work at least 80% of the shifts for which you are called. If you refuse more than 20% of shifts for which you are called in, this could negatively impact your employment status with the company.

What You'll Do and Who We Are Looking For

Under the direction of a Public Safety Sergeant or higher official, performs general duty public safety work in the protection of life and property throughout the college. Utilizing established procedures, responds and takes appropriate action in the event of crime, fire, or medical emergencies. Conducts foot, bicycle and vehicle patrol on a random basis. Takes action when necessary in the enforcement of certain state and local laws.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Two years of college level coursework in Criminal Justice, Sociology, Psychology, Political Science or related fields (experience in the field may substitute on a year-for-year basis for the college requirement).
Must be 21 years of age.
Must have a valid driver's license to operate a motor vehicle in the state of Oregon and possess an acceptable driving record. (Please indicate that you have a valid license on your Cover Letter)
Must be able to complete four month Department Field Training and Evaluation Program within one year of appointment. Must be able to obtain within one year of appointment (or have upon hire) an emergency medical Basic First Aid certification, Basic CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) certification, and Basic AED (Automated External Defibrillator) certification.
Must be able to obtain a current Private Security ID certification obtained through Department of Public Safety Standards and Training from the State of Oregon; or be able to obtain within 30 days of employment. Must be able to pass both a personal and criminal history background investigation. Must not have been convicted of a felony crime or any crime for which a maximum term of imprisonment of more than one year may be imposed. Must not have been convicted of any law violations of this state or any other jurisdiction involving the unlawful use, possession, delivery, or manufacture of a controlled substance, narcotic, or dangerous drug. The primary responsibility of this position is to help create a safe event experience for all guests at the Stranahan Theater by working in conjunction with the assigned Lucas County Sheriff's Deputies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Screening of guests through metal detectors and wanding to ensure safety of all.
Man assigned post during the entire event and report any suspicious activity.
Enthusiastically greet guests while looking for any potential threats.
Enforce facility policies (i.e., no smoking, no re-entry) by monitoring doors and sections.
Identify and respond to emergencies, involving Deputies as appropriate.
Remain calm and direct guests to the designated area of safety in the event of an emergency.
Hours of work include days, nights, weekends, and holidays, meeting all call times as set by management.
Other duties and unexpected needs as assigned by management.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates must be 18 years of age or older.
High School degree or equivalent is required.
Must be able to communicate clearly, have a friendly disposition, and a smile!
Previously demonstrated strong Customer Service experience is required.
Candidates must be able to stay calm in the stressful and fast-paced environment of an arena.
Experience in handling conflict in a friendly and effective manner is preferred.
Physical Demands
Ability to navigate a variety of floor surfaces and areas, including continuous standing and walking, including up and down stairs.
Ability to verbally communicate in a clear manner with guests, teammates, and building staff.
Ability to work in a variety of environments, including but not limited to heights, darkened arena, around crowds, loud noise, and flashing lights.

The function of this position is to support the Program Protection Office at the Joint Systems Manufacturing Center (JSMC) in Lima Ohio with responsibility for ensuring compliance across the US market in meeting Program Protection requirements as defined in new and existing programs. Advise functional leadership, Program Management and staff in the interpretation of security policies and the development of plans and procedures to meet customer Program Protection requirements. The following are the key duties and skills required:
* Guides assessment, definition, development, and implementation of program protection requirements, including assessing data security provisions in technical reviews, specifications, engineering and test plans, designs, sub-contractor SOWs, RFPs, and other acquisition and engineering plans and documents.
* Guide the assessments of incoming RFP's and Contract Modifications for Program Protection requirements and advising program leadership and contracts with cost and impacts for implementation of the Program Protection requirements.
* Participate in development of Program Protection Implementation Plans (PPIP) as required by each program with PPIP responsibilities
* Advise Program Management and staff in the interpretation of program protection policies and the development of plans and procedures to meet customer program protection requirements
* Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment while complying with policies, procedures, appropriate principles and applicable federal laws and regulations including NIST 800-171, NIST 800-53, Executive Order 13526, various DoDI and DFARS clauses and other applicable program protection policies.
* Responsible for development and implementation of program protection strategies for existing and new programs, including analysis, and other activities designed to ensure comprehensive, consistent protection strategies are incorporated into the planning and execution of programs.
* Support development of a consistent program folder structure and manage their execution including managing and applying access controls.
* Serves as secondary interface with government program managers and security officers, internal/external customers, security support staff, Program Management, program personnel, and the GDLS Facility Security Office
* Strong understanding of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) with the ability to train program personnel in recognizing and protecting CUI.
* Guide in the managing and tracking of data access controls including communication across the user community to ensure compliance with program protection specific requirements.
* Provide guidance, manage and participate in peer reviews to ensure proper document (data) markings have been applied (requires a good understanding ground combat and support vehicle technical work)
* Position will report to the Sterling Heights Program Protection Officer with dotted line reporting responsibility to the Industrial Security Manager at the Lima Ohio JSMC facility.
Position Requirements:
* Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Bachelor of Science in Business Management (with additional technical background)
* Minimum of 8-10 years' experience
* Strong understanding of information technology in regards to system/network administration. Ability to develop scripts to help manage data is desired
* Solid understanding of ground combat and support vehicle technical work
* Ability to rapidly analyze complex data, conduct research, and acquire facts
* Sound and logical thinking in choosing a course of action
* Good organizational skills, flexibility and sound judgement
* Demonstrated experience working in teams and matrix environments
* Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and coordinate activities within deadlines
* Ability to interact with senior management on matters pertaining to program protection and procedures
* Ability to analyze DD Form 254's, Security Classification Guides and related security documentation for Program Protection requirements
* Proficient with the use and understanding of Siemens Teamcenter.
* Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)
* US citizenship required
* Ability to obtain US Secret clearance

Job Description:
The Security Officer 1 (SO1) works closely with the University of Toledo Police and Hospital Staff to provide a safe and secure environment for all patients, visitors, staff, faculty and students. The SO1 is cognizant of their surroundings, using situational awareness to identify criminal or unsafe conditions. The SO1 is responsible for administrative emergency communication throughout the Health Science Campus and liaison to the University of Toledo Police Department for emergency responses. The SO1 adheres to and administers all required Security Operating Procedures as well as University customer service iCare Standards at all times. The SO1 must attend and follow all department specific safety education and training in an effort to create a safe work environment for all.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or GED required.
2. Valid driver's license and insurability required.
3. Knowledgeable of Microsoft computer systems.
4. Train and become proficient in the 900 MHz Kenwood and 800 MHz Motorola radio systems, CSI Computer system, ARMS record management system, Pro-Watch system, CCTV and Milestone system, and other computers and or/equipment.
5. Obtain CPR certification within 30 days of hire.
6. Complete training/ become proficient in incident entry into the departmental Automated Records Management System (ARMS)/Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD).
7. Must have proven dependability and consistency.
8. Must possess the physical ability to walk long distances, perform in inclement weather, and perform daily repetitive duties.
9. Must be able to function effectively in an organization where services are provided to multiple departments and in multiple locations.
10. Must possess Honesty, Integrity and Trustworthiness to the highest degree.
