This is a leadership position that guides and directs the work of other security guards. The Lead Security Guard is a key point of contact for incidents and emergencies, coordinating responses and deploying resources to ensure timely and effective action. The role also involves maintaining detailed records and fostering a strong working relationship with external law enforcement and emergency services. NOTE: This position is considered safety-sensitive and is subject to pre-employment and random drug testing. State of Oklahoma Council of Law Enforcement, Education, and Training (CLEET) armed security guard license is required. A Cherokee Nation Armed Security Officer license is required. Working knowledge of firearms, defensive tactics, and surveillance video systems. Ability to pass a CNE security-approved custody control and weapons training. Job Skills / Requirements Immediate Openings for a Full-Time Loss Prevention Officers Job Description: - Identify and Apprehend Shoplifters through floor patrol and the use of Closed Circuit TV Cameras - Report Writing - Interacting with local Law Enforcement as needed - Provide Courtroom Testimony as required Job Requirement: - Pre-Employment Criminal Background Check and Drug Screening - Ability to sit, stand, and walk for up to 3-4 hours at a time - Reliable transportation - Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently - Ability to communicate clearly and accurately through verbal and written means - Ability to write legible, accurate and easily understood reports - Must be assertive, yet controlled in dealing with confrontation - Must be trustworthy and able to work under little or no direct supervision - Attendance for scheduled shifts.
