Respond promptly to emergencies or requests for assistance, including medical incidents, disturbances, or accidents. Maintain detailed logs and reports on security incidents, disturbances, and other notable activities. Offer exceptional customer service by assisting visitors, employees, and clients with inquiries, directions, and other needs. Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency responders as needed. Adhere to company policies, state and federal regulations, and security standards to ensure compliance. Participate in ongoing training to enhance security knowledge, emergency response, and legal protocols. Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
