About The Role Data Scientists on FTI's AI Build Team should have a pragmatic approach to problem-solving and be capable of developing end-to-end solutions that clients can rely on in production. The Data Analyst Automation & Integration will eliminate manual work by building production-grade Power Apps and Power Automate workflows that connect people, data, and systems. This role will design and maintain apps/flows for NPI, ECN, RMA/8D/CAPA, approvals, and planning processes; implement secure integrations with ERP/PLM/CRM; and ensure workflow reliability, documentation, and adoption. The ideal candidate combines low-code development expertise with practical integration skills and a continuous-improvement mindset.
