This job supports the matrixed strategic design and analytical approach to reimbursement. To be successful, the incumbent will work closely with stakeholders across the enterprise in the development and implementation of an integrated roadmap for the introduction and delivery of new and innovative reimbursement models across all of Highmark's markets and lines of business. This will require aligning new models to the health plan's strategic objectives based on a deep understanding of innovation and industry trends in both the commercial and government lines of business. This role is ideal for a highly experienced low-voltage systems designer who enjoys working on complex, technically demanding projects and mentoring junior staff. The successful candidate will support the firm's growing technology group and contribute to the design and delivery of systems across a wide range of building types. Key Responsibilities Lead the design of technology systems including structured cabling, telecommunications, audio/visual, security, paging, and nurse call systems. Coordinate with project managers to ensure client needs, budgets, and schedules are met. Review project documentation for accuracy and technical quality. Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and external consultants to ensure coordinated design efforts. Identify and flag scope changes that may impact fees or schedules. Manage CAD files, document revisions and engineering documents per company standards.
