Reporting directly to the Director of Apparel, you will work hands-on with design projects, manage details with accuracy, and help ensure timelines are met. You'll play an important role in keeping the design process organized and moving forward while learning and growing your skills in a creative environment. What you'll do: Assist with the creation of seasonal apparel collections including CADs, tech packs, and presentation materials. Maintain organized fabric, trim, lab dip, and artwork archives. Support fittings by capturing design changes and next steps accurately. Update and maintain tech packs with accurate design details Research trends and markets to bring in fresh ideas that align with the brand. Experience we're looking for: Bachelor's degree in Apparel Design, Fashion Design, or Industrial Design, or equivalent experience. 2-5 years of relevant experience in apparel design Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and PLM systems. Familiarity with garment construction, fabrics, and trims. Experience in an apparel design or product development environment.
