What You'll Be Doing:
Evaluate manpower, labor hours, and cost requirements against budget limitations to make corrective & preventive recommendations

What You'll Do
Financial Leadership & Strategy
Lead financial operations for the Lawton and Grandview plants, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and alignment with corporate financial objectives.

Partner with operations and supply chain leadership to establish financial targets and performance metrics.

Ensure robust internal controls and compliance with corporate accounting policies, cost accounting standards, and inventory management practices.

The anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $125,000 to $135,000 annually for US-based employees. This range reflects the minimum and maximum for the position across all US locations, is based on a full-time work schedule, and is Welch's good faith estimate as of the date of this posting. Handle complex and high-level financial analysis, supporting the junior level analystsin assigned ad hoc projects and analysis. Present and discuss analysis with senior management. Utilize back testing results from ad hoc analysis to drive efficiencies and process improvements for future analysis.
15% Prepares and reviews the annual forecast/budgeting process from initiation to Board approval for their area of responsibility. Maintain confidentiality of all pertinent information, securing sensitive information. Provides recommendations and analysis for use by senior managers and executives to evaluate their businesses, including industry benchmarking. Assist with various projects to include the annual budget process. Provide analysis and recommendations to both deposit and loan pricing committees to support an appropriate level of gross margin while maintain relevancy in the competitive markets.

Experience

Team Description
You'll report directly to the Controller and collaborate regularly with the customer service, sales, product management, engineering and production teams. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

We offer an industry-leading pay package, with driver who run 600 - 800 miles and 3 loads per week are making an average of $1400 - $1600 weekly. - Drivers can make less depending on their availability, these numbers are all Gross based.
