The Opportunity:
The Investor Services Team is responsible for a variety of activities throughout the lifecycle of our co-mingled funds investment programs. As a Senior Analyst, you will assist with analysis, post-investment activities, and liaise with accounting and reporting to maintain and support client relationships. The successful candidate must be able to communicate effectively and operate in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment where priorities often change.
Your responsibilities will be to:
* Analyze fund financial statements and perform a detailed review of investment activity.
* Responsible for high volume primary reconciliation of Fund assets and performance returns including error correction, documentation and daily, monthly, and quarterly error account reconciliation.
* Assist in preparing standard quarterly reporting for fund portfolios; ensuring accuracy by following prescribed procedures.
* Assist Senior team members as the primary point of contact with Fund Accounting for managed HL Products, supporting reconciliation and tracking of cash flow activity.

Position Overview
The Senior Financial Center Associate is responsible for managing the operations of the financial center staff to ensure the delivery of superior quality service while adhering to corporate, regulatory and audit guidelines. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Performs Financial Center operational duties by conducting paying and receiving activities accurately within the guidelines of the bank's Financial Center Guidelines.
* Operates and balances cash drawer accurately and efficiently.
* Provides customer service including, but not limited to, processing and settling transactions and assisting customers by telephone contact of personal contact.
* Maintains appropriate cash levels in the financial center and ensures appropriate cash levels are maintained by individual.
* Actively participates and promotes financial center sales and service programs and team events.
* Has a working knowledge of all essential duties assigned to the Financial Center team.
* Ensures financial center associates are accurately operating a drawer and back counter processing system.
* Manages the daily settlement of the ATM.
* Accurately handles incoming and outgoing vault transactions; prepares vault settlement report daily and monitors vault security.
* Provide safe deposit box services to customers as needed.
* Orders all currency and coin for the office; ships extra money.
* Effectively manages time to ensure required operational duties such as, ATM settlement, financial center capture, audits, etc. are completed on time and in an efficient manner.
* Oversees and ensures that the financial center line operates in compliance with the organization's operating policies/procedures related to the processing of deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and currency transaction reporting to satisfy all federal and state regulations.
* Authorizes payment of checks above the financial center limit.
* Maintains security controls to protect the facility against criminal and fraudulent operations and unnecessary risk or exposure.
* Ensures the preparation of reports as assigned by financial center management.
* Assists financial center management in monitoring over and short records following the Financial Center Guidelines.
Education & Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent. Associate degree in related field preferred.
A minimum of two (2) years of experience in related positions preferred.
Ability to work a flexible schedule as required to meet operating needs.
Notary experience preferred or ability to obtain notary as needed.
