Prior AI experience is not required-strong data center and server fundamentals are what matter most.
What You'll Do
Provide on-site support for Dell server and data center systems, ensuring rapid issue resolution and minimal downtime
Perform hardware maintenance including server builds, swaps, component replacements, and firmware updates
Troubleshoot system issues across hardware, firmware, and operating systems, escalating when appropriate
Support both reactive and preventive maintenance following established procedures
Collaborate with internal teams and customers during service events to ensure clear communication and resolution
Document work performed and contribute to shared knowledge and best practices
Participate in on-call rotations and support extended coverage when needed
What You Bring
Experience supporting servers or data center hardware in a field, enterprise, or customer-facing environment
Hands-on skills with server components (CPU, memory, power supplies, GPUs, etc.)
Familiarity with Linux or similar operating systems
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable working independently on-site and communicating clearly with customers
Willingness to learn and support emerging technologies, including AI platforms
You will be successful in this role if you have:
3-5+ years of experience in technical support, field service, or data center roles
Associate or Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
Dell or other vendor certifications are a plus, but not required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, travel to customer sites, and support flexible/on-call schedules

The Product Design Engineer will work on the Commercial Products team that is part of the Bosch Home Comfort Group. In this division we design, manufacture and assemble heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment for the light commercial market. The adequacy of such background must be demonstrated by one of the following:
* Professional registration or licensure -- Current registration as an Engineer Intern (EI), Engineer in Training (EIT), or licensure as a Professional Engineer (PE) by any State, the District of Columbia, Guam, or Puerto Rico. Absent other means of qualifying under this standard, those applicants who achieved such registration by means other than written test (e.g., State grandfather or eminence provisions) are eligible only for positions that are within or closely related to the specialty field of their registration. For example, an applicant who attains registration through a State Board's eminence provision as a manufacturing engineer typically would be rated eligible only for manufacturing engineering positions.
* Written Test -- Evidence of having successfully passed the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) examination or any other written test required for professional registration by an engineering licensure board in the various States, the District of Columbia, Guam, and Puerto Rico.
* Specified academic courses -- Successful completion of at least 60 semester hours of courses in the physical, mathematical, and engineering sciences and that included the courses specified in the basic requirements under paragraph A. * Related curriculum -- Successful completion of a curriculum leading to a bachelor's degree in an appropriate scientific field, e.g., engineering technology, physics, chemistry, architecture, computer science, mathematics, hydrology, or geology, may be accepted in lieu of a bachelor's degree in engineering, provided the applicant has had at least 1 year of professional engineering experience acquired under professional engineering supervision and guidance. Ordinarily there should be either an established plan of intensive training to develop professional engineering competence, or several years of prior professional engineering-type experience, e.g., in interdisciplinary positions. (The above examples of related curricula are not all inclusive.)

Synthesize technical designs and architecture to advise teams, inform buy-versus-build decisions, and evolve Life.Church's overall technical platform architecture
Recognize, influence, and/or resolve critical issues that may affect the organization's technical direction/strategy
Develop software for each platform in span of care
Review and test the existing code-base or technical integrations for various projects
Provide support to other Digital Product engineers, primarily Senior Software Engineers, by reviewing, testing, and approving code/software development
Collaborate with various teams and team members to determine the technical approach and to organize development plans
Evaluate the complexity of tasks and provide realistic estimates on the level of effort and completion
Lead the organization to success with little guidance or direction from senior leadership
Work with other leads to set policies and processes that span engineering
Serve as a coach and mentor across all of engineering
Actively contribute to broad organization technical strategies, decisions, and processes
Research industry best practices and new technologies or tools that could be implemented at Life.Church

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following; others may be assigned:
· Improve work methods and tooling
· Report any safety problems to management

· Evaluate self work to ensure compliance with work instructions and standards
· Develop Manufacturing Process such as APS and work instructions.
· Design and purchase Production Tooling for test fixtures, assembly fixtures to reduce labor and ensure quality for the required tooling to assemble parts effectively.
· Resolve production issues first to build evaluations and production Line Issues.
· Train new hires to the updates on APS and Work Instructions.
· Measure parts to ensure proper fits are obtained and develop new Motor Assembly Forms.
· Resolve issues with product that occurs during the assembly or testing process.
· Create and maintain written process instructions on APS, CAPPS and other instructional documents.
· Analyze data gathered and develop solutions or alternative methods of proceeding.
· Purchase tooling for production areas.
· Evaluate processes and assemblies and identify areas where improvements can be made.
· Identify opportunities or implement changes to improve products or reduce cost using knowledge of fabrication processes, tooling and production equipment, assembly methods, quality control standards, or product design, materials and parts..
· Determine root causes of failures using statistical methods and recommend changes in designs, tolerances, or processing methods.
· Provide technical expertise or support related to manufacturing.
· Incorporate new methods and processes to improve existing operations.
· Train production personnel in new or existing methods.
· Design, install, or troubleshoot manufacturing equipment.
· Intermediate use of Microsoft Outlook, and Excel.
· Intermediate use of visual MRP system
· Intermediate use of Microsoft Word
· Wearing the proper safety equipment
· Other duties as assigned.
