Project Scope: The System Software Programmer will independently perform analysis, design, implementation, modification, and maintenance of agency software systems, including technical support for required federal data transmittals. This role will lead data migration and software implementations, mentor junior team members, and primarily support Bureau of Water systems, including SDWIS, WQX, SWIFT, and DW-SFTIES.
