Summary: Brook Hollow is adding full-time Food Runner/Expeditor who sets and cleans dining room tables before, during and after meal service. Responsibilities: Sets up side station and performs assigned side work Assists servers in their tasks Serves water as guests are seated Assists in carrying food trays to tables Removes soiled dishes from table; brings to dish washing area Removes soiled linen and replaces with clean linen Sets tables with silverware, glassware and clean linen Cleans the floors in the dining room Stocks server's station with supplies Collects trash from dining room, grill and other specified places after each serving period Dusts chairs before and after meals Keeps ice bins and buckets filled Attends pre-meal meetings as determined by Dining Room Manager Performs additional duties as directed by a supervisor or manager Job Requirements: Must be able to work a FLEXIBLE schedule and/or over time if needed.
