Use proper verbiage and etiquette while interacting with guests. i.e. good morning and good evening. Must follow all Marriott International standards. · Memorize menu selections and all available alcohol including being familiar with daily specials and basic ingredients. · Ensure cleanliness of area of responsibility at conclusion of each shift. Clear and reset counters, tables and chairs. Must remove all trash. Cleaning and wiping down of service areas and prep areas including pantry and kitchen area. · Notify a manager immediately of any guest complaints.
