The Master/Journeyman Electrician will support operations at the International Advanced Technology Center in Elmendorf, TX and ensure optimal performance of electrical infrastructure. This position is first shift and the hours are Monday-Friday from 6:00AM-2:30 PM Responsibilities + Diagnose and repair high and low voltage electrical systems, motors, generators, and control panels. + Troubleshoot AC/DC motor controls, drives, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs). + Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize uptime. + Design and install new electrical systems and upgrades in compliance with NEC, NFPA, OSHA, and local codes. + Coordinate in-house electrical repairs and capital improvement projects. + Lead and mentor junior electricians and apprentices. + Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies. + Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to meet project goals. + Prepare schematic diagrams and maintain accurate records of modifications. + Estimate project costs and materials. + Ensure compliance with MSHA standards and company safety culture. Minimum Requirements + High School Diploma or GED + At least five years of experience with electrical apparatus + Must have active Industrial Electrical License with state of Texas or a Journeyman Industrial Electrical License.
