    Custom Personnel has a client seeking a dedicated Training Instructor to guide students through the fundamentals of electrical line work, ensuring they develop the skills and discipline necessary for a successful career. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor 10-15 students in both classroom and hands-on training environments. Have a positive and engaging learning atmosphere, whether in the classroom, training yard, or on field excursions. Encourage punctuality and professionalism among students. Evaluate students with daily performance-based grades to track progress and skill development. Requirements: A minimum of 3 years of verifiable electrical linework experience. A high school diploma or GED is required. Strong communication skills to engage and instruct students effectively. A positive attitude: your mindset sets the tone for the classroom. Must be highly organized and dependable. Ability to work as part of a team to ensure student success. Must pass a drug test. Consistent attendance and punctuality are mandatory. CDL Class A License
