Essential Functions
Be a Bestway brand ambassador who reflects and promotes Bestway's commitment to have the best products at the best prices delivered by the best people in the business.
Timely deliver, install, and demonstrate products at our customer's home in a safe and respectful manner.
Protect all merchandise with the use of blankets, shrink wrap, and hand trucks while moving or loading product. When in doubt overprotect versus under protect.
Have the ability to learn and develop the skill to assemble products as well as do minor touch ups, repairs, and refurbishment to ensure all products are rent ready within 48 hours.
Build great customer relationships by utilizing communication and service skills to ensure customer retention and enhance the customer's experience during all customer interaction.
Assist in managing customer's accounts by securing on time payments and collecting on delinquent accounts at customer's home and in the store.
As a brand ambassador always represent yourself and your company in a professional manner.
Complete weekly vehicle inspections ensuring proper maintenance is performed for safe driving and ensure daily that vehicles are clean and stocked with proper tools and accessories.
Assist in maintaining the highest quality showroom presentation that creates a customer friendly sales environment.
Be responsible for maintaining, organizing, protecting, and storing products in stock room area.
Actively learn about the products we offer. Be a product knowledge expert.
Use hand receipts on all product returns and payments in the field.
Complete all other tasks assigned at the discretion of management.

SUMMARY

Job purpose:
Manages the accounting flow of capital/plant operations of the Cooperative. Responsible for processing work orders to ensure proper inventory and asset allocations. Ensures the accuracy and completion of cooperative plant accounting records. Prepares and coordinates the requests for reimbursements related to FEMA and mutual aid storm events. Initiates and monitors damage billing reimbursements related to theft and damages to cooperative assets.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Responsible for the processing of work orders, both monthly and year end, for Cooperative financials.
2. Performs job cost analysis for work order estimates verses actual for accurate billing and credits to members.
3. Maintains work order plant records to ensure billing for contribution-in-aid and make-ready work are accurately billed and recorded within the accounting records.
4. Responsible for the compliance and timely reporting with local, state and federal taxing agencies related to cooperative plant investments, to include Ad Valorem taxation.
5. Maintains work order unit costs and overhead rate calculations to ensure correct standards.
6. Ensures compliance with RUS loan disbursement requirements by compiling and transmitting pertinent detailed supporting documentation for cooperative construction expenditures.
7. Prepares and posts journal entries as needed.
8. Prepares miscellaneous invoices for construction projects to ensure collection for Cooperative expenses.
9. Maintains information related to cooperative fleet vehicles.
10. Responsible for generation of Work in Progress Reporting for budgetary decision making.
11. Maintain depreciation rates and schedules for all fixed assets for the Cooperative.
12. Works with district operations personnel & engineering personnel to ensure correct and adequate information on all work orders submitted is correct. Problem resolution required when staking sheet material, or labor information verification results in further research.
13. Provides information and coordinates with accounting team for monthly and annual financial reporting and inquiries.
14. Works in conjunction with the plant accounting specialist.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education/Experience:
Post-secondary four (4) year degree from an accredited college/university in accounting, finance, business, mathematics, or related field is required. Minimum three (3) years of experience in accounting or experience with work order processes, field engineering, and utility knowledge required. RUS or FERC accounting experience preferred. Utilization of a work order/accounting software system preferred. Experience in general utilities, contracting or construction is a plus.
Experience in lieu of education:
Eight (8) years of experience in accounting and/or work order processes, field engineering, or utility knowledge will be considered.
Certification/License, etc.:
Certificates and/or licenses relevant to utilities, accounting or work order processing are preferred. Must be willing to actively pursue industry related training including but not limited to CFC, NRECA, TVPPA Work Order and Accounting classes. Valid Tennessee Driver's License or ability to obtain license prior to first day of employment is required. Must be eligible to remain insured as a driver by the Cooperative's group liability policy for the automotive fleet.

Canvas is seeking a Project Management Support intern to support our work for the Arnold Engineering Development Complex at Arnold AFB, TN! AEDC operates roughly 70 aerodynamic and propulsion wind tunnels, rocket and turbine engine test cells, space environmental chambers, arc heaters, ballistic ranges, and other specialized units located in eight states. Many of the complex's test units have capabilities unmatched elsewhere in the United States; some are unique in the world. The position being filled will support work at Arnold AFB within the Program Management Division which supports aerodynamics, aeropropulsion, hypersonics, space, test systems support, and test analysis. Intern will support PMD personnel in completing various aspects of technical writing and PM Support. The goal of the internship is to provide the selected candidates with a diverse experience which cannot be obtained anywhere else, and to find hard working Project Management professionals for future full time position openings.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will currently be enrolled in an accredited Engineering or Business program
The candidate will have experience or interest in project Management of technical efforts
Experience using Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Previous work experience or previous experience as an intern in a contractor environment desired.
Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
Other Essential Job Functions:
May be required to work other than normal duty hours, which may include evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.

The IT Network Administrator is responsible for providing expert technical support for the Cooperative's networking solutions. This role involves installing, modifying, and maintaining both network hardware and software to ensure seamless business operations.
JOB DIMENSIONS:
Internal Responsibility
- Works collaboratively with all DREMC departments to support the Cooperative's networking needs and promote business continuity.
External Responsibility
- Communicates and collaborates with external IT vendors regarding the maintenance and repair of DREMC's LAN and WAN networks.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Plan, design, implement, and maintain WAN/LAN network infrastructure.
Ensure network availability, reliability, scalability, and security.
Provide expert support and troubleshooting for Layer 2 (L2) and Layer 3 (L3) switches, routers, and next-generation firewalls; use analysis tools to improve performance.
Maintain accurate and current technical documentation.
Apply necessary patches to networking systems and software.
Demonstrate familiarity with virtualization platforms such as VMware.
Contribute to cybersecurity initiatives.
Resolve IT support requests promptly, minimizing disruption.
Possess knowledge of the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and Center for Internet Security Benchmarks.
Implement and uphold data security, risk management, disaster recovery, and business continuity protocols.
Evaluate new technology solutions in alignment with organizational objectives.
Communicate effectively to minimize business interruptions.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, information technology (IT), management information systems (MIS), or a related field and 5 years of experience.
Experience (in lieu of degree):
13 years of experience.
Certification/License, etc.
-Industry certifications such as Cisco (CCNA, CCNP), ISC2 (CISSP), or equivalent are preferred. Must possess or be able to obtain a valid Tennessee Driver's License. Must be eligible and remain insured as a driver by the Cooperative's group liability policy for the automotive fleet.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Knowledge of current trends and developments in the information technology field. Extensive background in maintaining and troubleshooting TCP/IP networks.
