Provide resource room assistance with unemployment insurance (UI) eligibility, filing UI claims, training on UI functions and UI compensation services in a professional and friendly manner under a case management system. Participate in team meetings in the workforce center. Participate in staff-required training and cross training in order to provide professional, timely and additional assistance with the workforce center duty requirements. Utilize office machinery in accordance with safety / security protocols.
