We're hiring an HR Generalist, LOA & ADA Specialist - a proactive and empathetic HR professional who will manage all leave of absence programs and workplace accommodations across our multi-state workforce, with a strong emphasis on California leave laws and ADA compliance. YOUR TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES * Administer Medications and Provide Personal Care: Follow physician's orders and community guidelines for administering routine medications and providing assistance with ADL care as needed * Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate medical records and report any reactions or medication refusals to the licensed nurse. * Vital Sign Monitoring: Take resident vital signs and observe any responses or side effects. * Shift Communication: Attend shift meetings and update nursing staff on resident conditions. * Customer Satisfaction: Work collaboratively with a team to ensure the highest quality care and services are provided resulting in overall customer satisfaction * Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all resident rights, state, and federal regulations, including infection control, fire safety, and hazardous materials guidelines. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS * High School diploma or equivalent * Minimum of 6 months experience as a Caregiver in a licensed community or facility * C.N.A. License in states where required * Current Medication Technician or Aide Certification in states where required * Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English * Intermediate computer and mobile device skills * Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude * Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operation of the community Please note that the above Responsibilities and Qualifications provide a general overview of the primary duties for this role and the basic qualifications.
