Experience in the wire manufacturing industry is a plus

WHAT YOU'LL OWN (representative projects)
• Manage and drive 50+ concurrent workstreams (sponsorship deliverables, gameday logistics, community programs, kit orders, player appearances, etc.)
• Build, maintain, and ruthlessly prioritize the club's master project tracker
• Prepare briefing books, decks, and talking points for investor meetings, league calls, and civic presentations
• Coordinate cross-department execution (Ticketing, Marketing, Operations, Partnerships, Communications/PR)
• Handle special projects assigned directly by the CSOO (“We need three stadium Wi-Fi proposals by Friday,” “Build the volunteer handbook,” “Get us on the mayor's calendar”)

Operations Manager:
The Operations Manager will lead day-to-day activities and duties of the operations team and support inventory control functions. Our Operations team is responsible for the daily fulfillment and distribution of surgical implants, devices, and instruments. Our ideal candidate has extensive knowledge and experience managing staff, and advanced industry knowledge to keep us on the cutting edge. The Operations Manager is also responsible for assignments delegated by the VP of Operations and Director of Ops, which are not limited to the following essential responsibilities.
Duties and Responsibilities
Directs, redirects, and guides day-to-day function of team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Ensures team members are trained in all aspects of their position.
Ensures adequate internal controls and associated segregation of duties are in place with the implementation of new processes and systems related to inventory control.
Direct oversight of Inventory Control teams with relation to field reps and distributors driving overall strong performance, process improvement, skill building, cross-training and growth and promotion of safety procedures within facility
Sets up and organizes the warehouse for incoming and outgoing surgery shipments.
Manages and audits inventory control and perpetual inventory procedures to ensure accurate and timely validation of inventory existence and on-hand accuracy.
Manages inventories by tracking inventory records reflecting product movement, notifying departments when supplies of specific items are low, or when orders would deplete available supplies. This also includes effectively interfacing with a third-party Manufactures for accurate counts of loaner and consigned inventory.
Oversee the cycle count activities.
Confers with distribution, sales, shipping, warehouse, or common carrier personnel to expedite or trace deliveries.
Continuously monitors departmental processes against industry best practices, performs appropriate benchmarking implements process improvements, and identifies/implements productivity and control enhancements.
Supports the company to achieve business targets and objectives.
Maintains a strict adherence to privacy expectations for customers (HIPAA), employees, and the company. This might mean maintaining specific certifications.
Learning time with background - 3 months; without background, up to 6 months.

Job Description
Turner & Townsend are looking for an experienced Senior Cost Manager and/or Quantity Surveyor to act as the key, day to day client interface, ensuring that client objectives are met through the delivery of a value-added cost management service.
To be successful in this role you must have great communication skills and be comfortable operating in a client-facing role. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, driven and able to work independently as well as part of a team. In this significant position you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction, embedding, and promoting the purpose, values, and vision of Turner & Townsend.
Responsibilities:
Estimating and negotiating change orders throughout the construction lifecycle.
Provide estimate and cost planning to include producing and presenting the final cost plan.
Review and participate with the design services team and general contractor in the development of cost estimates.
Reconcile changes and assist the general contractor to ensure that their data is accurate.
Communicate or meet with the general contractor and owner of project manager to gather status information to prepare a cost estimate update.
Prepare written comments to the general contractor's submissions, including the executive summary.
Coordinate all sources of cost information for cost discussions and suppliers direct from NPA, subs, quantities from A/Es.
Inform and drive engineering priorities based on cost impact.
Work proactively with minimal supervision to resolve scheduling issues.
Manage cost checks and carry out valuations on larger projects. Complete timely, accurate cost checking and valuation processes.
Participate effectively with post contract cost variances and the change control processes.
Manage Cost impact / contingency management and commitment tracking logs.
Prepare funding data presentations and coordinate VE sessions with stakeholders.
Developing cost plans and estimates through the design phase, delivering updated cost plans at appropriate design milestones.
Providing commercial input to design optioneering and input into value engineering exercises.
Reviewing contractor and subcontractor pricing and leading negotiations on behalf of the client to drive fair contract prices.
Performing quantity surveying, cost controls, and change management activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensuring that post-contract cost variances and change control processes are managed effectively.
Ensuring that cost auditing and valuation work is managed effectively and that a robust process for cost validation is in place.
Carrying out the production of monthly cost reports for presentation to the client.
Ensuring that final accounts are negotiated and agreed upon in a timely manner.
Compiling built cost estimate records for benchmarking purposes.
Identify, coach and mentor talent to realize their potential and celebrate the success of others.
Display excellence in leadership and service delivery on commissions is in line with the conditions of appointment
Financial Management - Utilize internal software to track ongoing margin levels and monthly fee/resource forecasts for each commission and financial reports
Implement and maintain the use of internal Business Management Systems and company delivery methodologies and tools in the office to ensure consistent delivery of best practice for Clients and the company
Be a role model that drives a one business culture that achieves great outcomes by striking the right balance for our people, clients, stakeholders, and society.
SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field related to construction.
Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience working in a cost management role in the construction industry.
RICS accredited or working towards it is preferred.
Experience of leading cost management on medium or large sized construction projects of medium to high complexity.
Construction consultancy experience is strongly preferred.
Good knowledge of construction industry technical matters, such as different procurement routes, value management, and value engineering.
Excellent communication skills.

Description: The Coordinator oversees the operation of a tax center to ensure consistency and quality of service to clients through satisfactory volunteer supervision, accurate and consistent application of income tax law, and the maintenance of a positive and professional environment.
Reports to: Supervising Manager, Operations Manager and Program Director
Principal Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Operations and Facilities Management
Direct opening and/or closing procedures including the setting up, testing, and dismantling of computer networks where relevant.
Ensure secure storage of confidential tax documents, equipment and administrative materials.
Ensure facilities are satisfactorily maintained and that volunteers and clients adhere to policies set forth by site-hosts.
Ensure supplies are sufficient and re-stocked, as needed, within budgetary guidelines.
Monitor office equipment and report any problems where necessary.
Ensure tax preparation services are within the guidelines of our mission and policies.
Ensure facilities are adequately staffed and report shortages to Volunteer Coordinator.
Supervision
Orient and train volunteers on operational procedures.
Maintain attendance records and review shift schedules prior to opening.
Resolve conflicts in a prompt and professional manner.
Evaluate volunteer performance and promptly report any concerns to the Volunteer Coordinator.
Data Collection/Analysis
Maintain accurate sign-in sheets, surveys, and other forms for clients, where necessary.
Coordinate timely delivery of client documents for timely transmission and back-room processing.
Ensure proper ordering or organization of tax returns on electronic database.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with experience managing or leading groups, providing quality customer service, or working in the non-profit sector. Social service-orientated and works well in a fast-paced environment with diverse populations. Ability to handle multiple priorities is essential. A supportive and professional disposition is critical.
Specialized Skills: A good working knowledge of taxes is a plus. Strong computer skills (including hardware and software). Must have a good attention to detail and strong math skills; Proven knowledge of international aspects of U.S. taxation as well as foreign taxation. Exhibit strong understanding of Federal income tax concepts and international concepts included in the federal return. Knowledge tax laws and reporting requirements. Bilingual (Eng/Spa) strongly desired. The ability to speak Spanish is required to manage specific tax centers.
Time Requirement: Ability to attend up to 40 hours of paid training. The training requirement will vary depending on tax preparation experience and tax law knowledge.
Compensation: $23/hr.
