Bagging live gas line. Basic operation of mini excavator, dump truck, and forklift. Assist drill operator with locator. Change and run equipment attachments. Assist in loading and unloading truck tires throughout the day. Roll tires from station to station for processing. Inspect and determine the “grade” of used tires. Sort and separate tires by grade and track inventory accurately. Apply labels on tires and ensure proper tagging for inventory. Operate and maintain equipment used in the grading process. Perform light equipment maintenance as needed. Enter data and grading information into a tablet or electronic form. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Assist clients with ADL skills as needed. Coordinate and plan for social and recreational activities of residents. Monitor paper work and provide feedback to the Community Support team and to other supervisors within the Residential Department. Check medications to medication sheet and report findings to Residential Nurse and or the designee. Assist residents with self-administration of medications as necessary. Assure facility is maintained in safe and sanitary manner, and in accordance with any applicable federal, state or local laws or regulations and licensing bodies. Assist in the preparation of grocery orders. Oversee and assist as necessary in the preparation of nutritional menus and meals. Order monthly household supplies. Maintain a bi-weekly inventory of food items and monthly inventory of household supplies. Ensure monthly smoke detector and fire extinguisher checks and forward information to the Residential Department Ensure quarterly fire drills and forward information to the Residential Department Ensure all residents sign and maintain appropriate, current, and accurate documentation. Utilize respectful, trauma-informed language in all aspects of the job. Collaborate with treatment team to support techniques that are client-first and include trust and respect. Promote and support Trauma Informed Care implementation and initiatives within the organization Utilize Trauma Informed Care approach to work collaboratively with clients and other team members (internal and external) to help support clients in their treatment and recovery Must be able to react to changes and stress productively and to handle other tasks as assigned.
