We're building the creative layer for modern communication. Every month, over a billion people make presentations - but the tools they use to make them haven't evolved in decades. We're changing that, using AI to disrupt a massive market. 📈 Millions of people rely on Gamma to create, teach, and persuade, creating more than 1 million gammas every day. 💻 We see Gamma as the next great workplace tool, combining viral B2C love with a massive B2B opportunity. We believe AI can be a true creative partner: one that understands context, clarity, and taste. 💸 We've reached a $2.1B valuation, crossed $100M in annual recurring revenue, and have been profitable since 2023. 💙 We're an imaginative, passionate team who takes our work seriously, but not ourselves. Our culture is warm, a little quirky, and fueled by curiosity. About the role You'll build the operational foundation that scales Gamma's go-to-market efforts from PLG success to enterprise sales. This means establishing systems, processes, and infrastructure that bridge self‑serve users and enterprise buyers while leveraging AI extensively to build operations that work at PLG scale with enterprise precision. You'll own HubSpot architecture, deal operations, revenue reporting, and the GTM tech stack, ensuring our sales and customer success teams have everything they need to succeed. As Sales Strategy and Operations Manager, you'll implement AI‑powered workflows using platforms like Clay, n8n, and HubSpot AI to eliminate manual tasks, establish revenue forecasting that gives leadership visibility into pipeline health, and create scalable processes for lead routing, security questionnaires, and enterprise onboarding. You'll partner closely with Product, Finance, and Engineering while driving operational cadences that keep the team aligned and accountable. Our team has a strong in‑office culture and works in person 4-5 days per week in San Francisco. We love working together to stay creative and connected, with flexibility to work from home when focus matters most. If you're interested in this role but you don't meet every requirement, we encourage you to apply anyway! We're always excited about meeting great people. We believe Gamma's storytelling platform will make people happier at work. Let's be real: no one likes building decks. And yet, they're a necessary part of work life. We're on a mission to free orgs from the drudgery of deck building, while dialing up the magic of storytelling and turning dread into delight. We care deeply about our customers' success. If we don't think they'll get real ROI from Gamma, we won't sell it to them. Customer success drives all of what we do - from our first interaction with them, to their umpteenth renewal. We aim to help our customers win the next pitch, land the compelling case, drive employee satisfaction, and let storytelling reign. Our tiny team has massive impact and reach 1 million 6 million AI images generated daily 1 trillion LLM tokens processed per month … all driven by customer value. Life at Gamma You get energy from small teams doing big things. You love when design, code, and storytelling overlap. You default to action, even when the answer isn't clear yet. You value details, but know when to ship and move on. You bring both the spreadsheets and the sparkle, equal parts workhorse and unicorn. You believe AI should amplify creativity, not replace it. You know kindness and intensity are not opposites. You like working with people who care deeply: about their craft, their teammates, and the users on the other side of the screen. Who we are Gamma is full of imaginative, passionate people who take their work seriously but not themselves. The culture is warm, a little quirky, and fueled by curiosity. It's the kind of place where you'll debate a pixel on Monday, laugh over someone's keyboard setup on Tuesday, and ship something remarkable by Friday. We care about craft, move with intention, and don't mind getting a little scrappy. It's fast, creative, and occasionally chaotic - but that's what makes it interesting. Here's a bit about what it's like to work here, from people on the inside We asked the team what makes Gamma, Gamma. Here were some of their answers: "quirky, inspiring, fun, a little wild in the best way" "You can have an idea and just run with it." "Everyone's talented and humble - the mix keeps you sharp." "We ship cool stuff, learn a ton, and laugh a lot doing it." Meet the team We're a team of dreamers and doers building in beautiful San Francisco 🌉 We're kabbadi enthusiasts, pickleballers, dog herders, woodworkers, keyboard nerds, potters, and more - and we can't wait to meet you! #J-18808-Ljbffr

  • Lead Network Engineer, Deployment & Integration

    Fluidstack

    Remote job

About the Role Fluidstack is seeking a Senior Staff Network Engineer to lead our Network Deployment & Integration pillar. This role acts as the team lead, you'll be hands‑on building our first AI datacenter fabrics while establishing the deployment playbook that scales to GW deployments across multiple regions. This role demands equal parts technical depth and operational leadership. You'll time in the field executing deployments while building the systems, processes, and team that enable repeatable, factory‑line pod deployments. Success means handing over production‑ready fabrics to operations on schedule while building a deployment organization that can run 3-4 parallel datacenter builds. You'll develop a team of deployment engineers, establish handover criteria with cross‑functional partners (DC Ops, ICT, Validation). Focus Deployment Execution: Own hands‑on deployment of datacenter networks - front‑end fabric, back‑end fabric, BMS, management networks. Configure and validate switches, coordinate fiber/cabling remediation, manage hardware RMAs, and drive the first datacenter handover to production. Deployment Playbook Development: Build the repeatable deployment process that scales from double digit Megawatt to Gigawatt deployments. Define pre‑deployment checklists, turn‑up procedures, validation gates, and handover criteria. Document blockers, failure modes, and workarounds. Create the operations manual that allows future deployment engineers to execute independently with minimal guidance. Cross‑Functional Orchestration: Partner with DC Operations (rack/stack, power, structured cabling), ICT teams (fiber validation, insertion loss), Hardware (device staging, logistics), and Network Engineering (design review, config validation) to drive deployments to completion. Own the critical path - identify blockers within hours, escalatethe decisively, and ensure nothing stalls deployment timelines. Field Execution Leadership: Lead deployment teams in the field - coordinate travel, assign work, provide technical guidance during complex turn‑ups, and ensure quality standards. Build trust with datacenter partners through hands‑on problem solving and accountability. Handover Excellence: Define and enforce exit criteria for production handovers to Network Operations. Ensure every fabric meets standards for physical layer validation (OTDR traces, insertion loss), logical configuration (BGP/EVPN validation, reachability tests), observability (monitoring integration, alerting), and documentation (as‑built, cutsheets, runbooks). Own the relationship with Operations to ensure smooth transitions. About You Proven Deployment Leadership: 8+ years in network engineering with significant datacenter deployment experience. You've built large‑scale fabrics from the ground up - not just designed them, but physically turned them up in the field. You understand the gap between design and reality, and you know how to close it through detailed planning and relentless execution. AI Fabric Expertise: Deep hands‑on experience with modern datacenter fabrics - EVPN/VXLAN, BGP, CLOS topologies, high‑radix switching. Ideally, you've deployed AI/ML fabrics with RDMA (RoCEv2), lossless Ethernet (PFC, ECN), or equivalent high‑performance networking. You understand the precision required when every packet matters. Player‑Coach Mentality: You're equally comfortable getting hands on and building the team that scales beyond you. You've mentored, and developed engineers before. You know when to lead by example and when to delegate. You see building a team as part of the mission, not a distraction from technical work. Operational Pragmatism: You thrive in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments where perfection is the enemy of progress. You make pragmatic tradeoffs between speed and quality. You document as you go. You build processes that are good enough to scale, then iterate. You don't wait for perfect tooling - you ship with what you have and improve incrementally. Cross‑Team Influence: Exceptional at partnering across functions. You've coordinated complex projects involving hardware vendors, datacenter operators, cabling contractors, and internal engineering teams. You communicate clearly, escalatethe decisively, and earn trust through follow‑through and accountability. Travel Ready: Comfortable with 70-80% travel for extended onsite deployments during datacenter turn‑ups. Remote‑based but willing to be wherever the work is. You understand that deployment leadership means showing up when it's hard. Nice to Haves Hyperscale Background: Experience deploying networks at hyperscale companies (Meta, Google, Microsoft, AWS) or large AI infrastructure providers. You've seen what "good" looks like at scale and can adapt those lessons to a fast‑growing startup. Vendor Ecosystems: Deep familiarity with Arista, Juniper, or NVIDIA networking platforms. You know the quirks, the failure modes, and the workarounds. You have relationships with vendor TAC/SE teams and know how to escalatethe effectively. Automation Mindset: Exposure to network automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, Python) and source‑of‑truth systems (Netbox, DCIM). You may not be writing automation yourself, but you understand how to design deployments that are automatable and you partner effectively with automation engineers. Project/Program Management: Formal or informal experience with project coordination, Gantt charts, critical path management, and cross‑functional program execution. You've been the person who keeps complex initiatives on track when everyone else is focused on their own domain. Startup Experience: You've built something from scratch before - ideally in a high‑growth infrastructure or cloud company. You're comfortable with rapid context switching, evolving requirements, and the intensity of early‑stage company building. Salary & Benefits Competitive total compensation package (salary + equity). Retirement or pension plan, in line with local norms. Health, dental, and vision insurance. Generous PTO policy, in line with local norms. The base salary range for this position is $200,000 - $300,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location. This range represents our good faith estimate of the compensation for this role at the time of posting. Total compensation may also include equity in the form of stock options. We are committed to pay equity and transparency. Fluidstack is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability and protected veterans' status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
