What you'll be doing:
Oversee the training and development of a team of Route Service Representatives
Respond to service requests
Negotiate customer contract renewals
Build strong relationships with your customers and team
Work closely with all other leadership and management team members to provide the best customer service and product programs
Provide route coverage when a Route Service Representative is sick or on vacation which provides you the perfect opportunity to check-in on your Rep's performance and their customers' level of satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
What we're looking for:
A results-driven, relationship manager who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and help out the team and most importantly, the customer
Someone who will enjoy working with your own team of Route Service Representatives that need your help and support as they develop in their own roles
An individual ready to learn and work to become a customer service and loyalty expert
High school diploma or GED, some college is a plus
21 years of age
Valid non-commercial driver's license in the state of residence
Reliable transportation
Must meet pre-employment DOT physical requirements
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
Communication and language skills

Ensures parts department personnel are well trained and available when needed.
Ensures the needs of the service department are being met.

Analyzes and prepares monthly and annual plan and pattern reports and payroll budgets; ensure plan, pattern, and budget commitments are satisfied.
Establish effective allocation of resources and meet priorities.
Continually evaluate facility processes and infrastructure to improve operating performance of the unit, or to avoid service/capacity issues. (Submit capital/facility improvement requests where appropriate.

Directly manages 4-5 employees and indirectly supervises 3-4 employees.
Responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of Parts team.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

Competencies
Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in a related field (i.e. Business, Engineering, Material Management); 5+ years of progressive experience in product support and distribution; 2 years materials and/or manufacturing experience.
Advanced knowledge of distribution and warehousing principles, theories and processes.

Overview
A Procurement Analyst - Vendor Assurance is needed to support sourcing activities, vendor oversight, and database management for a large enterprise procurement organization. This role works closely with internal teams across Procurement, Global Security, Global Compliance, Global Privacy, Accounts Payable, and other business units. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical ability, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to manage vendor risk assessments while maintaining accurate and up-to-date procurement data.

Key Responsibilities
Perform and review risk assessments for a portfolio of third-party vendors.
Initiate, facilitate, and resolve issues related to vendor risk reviews with both internal and external stakeholders.
Update and maintain vendor assurance databases, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
Educate internal teams on system navigation, data input processes, and vendor assurance procedures.
Review and analyze procurement system reports, compile statistical data, and prepare summary findings.
Identify process improvements in reporting, workflows, or systems to reduce non-value-added activities.
Provide functional and technical support to maintain system performance and ensure adherence to design standards.
Contribute to program enhancements and database optimization initiatives.
Complete additional duties as required by leadership.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field-or equivalent experience.
1-3 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, sourcing, or related fields preferred.
Advanced MS Office skills required (particularly Excel and database management).
Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks.
Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in changing business environments.
Solid understanding of procurement processes and e-procurement tools.
