Manage and maximize the efficiency of crushing operations using the appropriate equipment. * Field Experience: Experience working in portable crushing and/or Hot Plant environments is highly preferred. * Estimating: Work alongside the Area Manager to develop estimates and conduct pit exploration for new projects. Qualifications * Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Asphalt Paving within a Project Management or Quality Control role. Prior experience managing Arizona DOT or DOT Heavy Civil Asphalt Paving projects is required. Experience with Federal Contracts and DOT Specifications is strongly preferred. * Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is a plus.
