Support the LCS School Nutrition Program by accepting primary responsibility for the maintenance of the physical facility. Employees in this class receive on-the-job training in food and workplace safety and general cafeteria operation. Nature of work requires sustained moderate physical effort, operation of standard food service equipment, and continuous standing. The work is performed under the supervision of the site manager.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Keep floors (including drain grates) in the kitchen, dry storage rooms, and walk-in coolers clean and sanitized.
Keep walls in the kitchen and serving areas clean.
Remove garbage/trash from kitchen and dining area - clean and prepare cans for next day.
Assist with food deliveries and place stock in dry storage and refrigeration/ freezer.
Bring food supplies from storage areas to preparation areas in the kitchen, maintaining proper stock rotation.
Perform heavy lifting in the kitchen.
Assist with loading and unloading food containers for satellite schools where applicable.
Keep milk coolers stocked for breakfast and lunch periods.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with the clinical team in patient care decisions and attend all clinical meetings.
Assess counseling needs and conduct substance abuse evaluations using DSM criteria and ASAM guidelines.
Prepare and implement the counseling portion of the patient's treatment plan.
Provide counseling services specified in the treatment plan, including individual counseling, group therapy, and family sessions.
Reassess patients and update treatment plans as needed.
Develop discharge and continuum of care plans to ensure smooth transitions.
Document all counseling services, assessments, referrals, and follow-ups in the patient's clinical record.
Maintain patient caseload, including case management and clinical charting.
Coordinate support services for patients and families and communicate with referral sources.
Attend team meetings, complete required training, and assist with administrative tasks.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work from an accredited college or university (as required by Virginia regulations).
Minimum of three (3) years in substance use treatment, mental health counseling, or a related field.
Must hold licensure per 12VAC30-130-5020, such as:
LCSW - Licensed Clinical SocialWorker
LPC - Licensed Professional Counselor

What You'll Do
