Responsibilities:
The Family Centered Treatment Therapist provides quality psychotherapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families utilizing the Family Centered Treatment model.
Provide Family Centered Treatment (FCT) Clinical Services as per the service definition and model fidelity requirements.
FCT Certification is required and must be completed within one year of employment in order to continue to provide FCT services and maintain employment with Health Connect America (HCA).
Complete FCT Checkoffs and other internal trainings within designated deadlines. Trainings are assigned and monitored through an e-learning system.
Deliver FCT clinical services to children, adolescents, and their families, primarily in their living environments, with a family focus.
Provide 24/7 on-call coverage to a caseload of families and children. Service is regularly provided in the home and community and will require service provision at the convenience of the child and family requiring a flexible work schedule.
Complete all required Clinical Records and FCT documents with the child and family and ensure the documents are entered/uploaded timely in the Electronic Health Record, according to company standards.
Develop Service Plan in coordination with Treatment Team Process and maintain the plan per designated authorization processes in the clinician's area of service. Work collaboratively on behalf of the child and family with the identified Treatment Team members to ensure effective communication and coordinated service provision.
Provide psychoeducation as indicated in the Service Plan.
Conduct interventions with the family aligned with the FCT model to include facilitating the movement of the child and family through the four phases of treatment and completing all fidelity documents.
Assist the families and children to establish weekly goals and help them to identify the steps that need to be taken to reach the established goals.
Develop and coordinate discharge plan based on treatment, indicating all relevant aftercare needs and plans. Access community resources that would be beneficial to client aftercare needs.
Coordinate and oversee the initial and ongoing assessment activities.
Convene the Treatment Team for Service Plan.
Consult with identified medical (e.g., primary care and psychiatric) and non-medical (e.g., Dept. of Child Services, school, Dept. of Juvenile Justice) providers; engage community and natural supports and include their input in the person-centered planning process.
Provide and coordinate behavioral health services and other interventions for the youth or other family members with other behavioral health professionals and Treatment Team members.
Qualifications:
Minimum of a Master's Degree in human services or related field is required.
Two years' experience working with youth or families.
Additional state specific requirements include:
NC, VA- QMHP or ability to register as a QMHP
MS- Must be provisionally credentialed as a PCSS in Mississippi with eligibility to be fully credentialed as a CCSS in Mississippi.

Georgia Legal Services seeks a Domestic Violence staff attorney to work in its Dalton Regional office. The Dalton Office serves 6 counties in Northwest Georgia and is located about 20 minutes south of Chattanooga and 88 miles north of Atlanta.
This is a grant-funded position that will provide holistic legal representation in civil matters to victims of domestic violence in protective order, divorce, custody, benefits, and housing cases.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Litigate cases in administrative, state and federal forums.
· Draft briefs, motions and memoranda.
· Conduct community legal education sessions and engage in outreach activities.
· Participate on action teams that explore and solve systemic issues affecting clients.
· Collaborate with domestic violence shelters to provide legal services to victims of domestic violence.
· Participate in domestic violence task force meetings.
Requirements
· Graduate of accredited law school;
· Admission to the Georgia Bar, or willingness to sit for the next exam;
· Reliable vehicle and driver's license;
· Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
· Demonstrated interest or experience working with low income clients on poverty law issues and commitment to social justice;

Program Overview:
Youth Villages' Specialized Crisis Services (SCS) Program provides rapid, effective assessment and intervention for youth up to age 18 who are experiencing a psychiatric emergency, such as suicidal or homicidal thoughts, severe depression, physical aggression, psychosis, or acting in a destructive or uncontrollable manner. The program offers thorough, strength-based assessments and crisis management to ensure the safety of the youth and others involved. Families, community members, and providers can reach out for support regardless of whether the youth is currently receiving services from Youth Villages.
SCS staff work closely with the youth, their family, and key community partners to evaluate risk factors and develop an immediate plan for stabilization. Services are provided in the home or community to offer timely, accessible support during a crisis. In addition to crisis assessment, the program provides ongoing treatment and intervention to help maintain family stability until appropriate long-term services can be secured.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The PRN Crisis Response Counselor:
Provides mobile crisis response and thorough, strength-based assessment of youth and families during crises in their natural environments
Utilizes crisis respite homes when appropriate
Provides ongoing treatment and intervention to support the youth/family until appropriate services are secured
Works well with others in a highly supervised atmosphere

· Setup and maintain 3D printers, laser cutters, CNC machines, and other fabrication tools.
· Help Shaw associates and Early Careers Interns/Co-Ops with MakerSpace projects and troubleshooting.
· Participate in design and prototyping activities under supervision of project leads.
· Maintain a safe and clean workspace following all safety protocols. Help organize and maintain inventory within the MakerSpace (materials, supplies, tools, etc.).
· Document projects and create simple guides or instructions for future users.
Qualifications
· Currently enrolled in a high school Work-Based Learning program.
· Current enrollment or completion of high school career pathway related to manufacturing, engineering, or design or similar experience (e.g., high school robotics team).
· Interest in technology, engineering, design, or related fields.
· Basic computer skills; familiarity with industrial design software (e.g., CAD).
· Self-motivated with good organizational and time management skills.
· Strong communication and teamwork skills.
· Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed.
