What you will accomplish * Participate in the engineering design, reporting, and development of construction plans for the above listed ecosystem restoration project types. * Participate in field work to assess existing site conditions, assess reference reach sites, and perform topographic, bathymetric, and engineering surveys. * Develop construction plans within the AutoCAD Civil 3D platform. * Perform hydraulic and hydrologic assessments, modeling, and analysis in support of the above listed projects using HEC-RAS or similar platforms. * Support construction oversight for project implementation including survey staking and design layout, design compliance and environmental compliance, and monitoring. * Communicate and coordinate with project managers to maintain project schedules and budgets. * Drive compliance of safety policies and reporting requirements to ensure overall team safety. * Attend and participate in annual internal design training meetings to support personal skills growth and career planning.
