Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Automation TestEngineer II to design, develop, and maintain robust automated testing solutions. This role requires a deeper understanding of automation frameworks and the ability to lead testing efforts for complex features and systems.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement scalable and maintainable automated test frameworks using Tricentis Tosca and other tools.
Analyze business and functional requirements related to P&C insurance systems and translate them into effective automated test strategies and plans.
Perform functional, regression, integration, API testing, accessibility testing across web and backend systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and product owners to ensure test coverage and quality.
Execute automated test cases, log defects, and track them to closure using Azure DevOps.
Develop automated tests for APIs, UI, and backend systems.
Mentor junior QA engineers and review their test scripts.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Analyze test results, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
Maintain test documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing across QA teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in softwaretesting, preferably in the P&C insurance domain
3-5 years of experience in test automation.
Proficiency in automation tools including Tricentis Tosca, Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
Proficiency in SQL for backend/database testing.
Experience with API testing using tools like Postman or REST Assured.
Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
Strong understanding of Agile QA methodologies, test planning, and defect management.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
