Job Description:
• Manage an FAI assembly system in accordance with AS9102
• Administrate and control aerospace quality systems
• Perform auditing of assembly process
• Review and interpret blueprint/drawings
• Create/review NCR's in accordance with drawing requirements
• Process Root Cause and Corrective Actions
• Create and manage assembly operating procedures
• Oversee detail part receiving inspection
• Review and implement major aerospace OEM's specifications requirements
• Manage a detail parts MRB process from a quality stand point
• Process statistical analysis in regards to quality improvement initiatives
• Review of purchase orders and certifications for material
• Other Duties Assigned by the Quality Assurance Manager
Qualifications:
• Must possess excellent communication skills both written and oral.
• Ability to work on a team as well as independently.
• Must have strong organizational skills.
• Must be proficient in MS Office applications.
• Must be able to read, analyze, and interpret blue prints, general procedures and government regulations.
• Proficient with measuring equipment needed for FAI and in process inspection
• Repair station experience preferred but not mandatory
• Faro Arm experience preferred but not mandatory
