RESPONSIBILITIES
Evaluate architectural trade‑offs based on features, performance requirements and system limitations
Define micro‑architecture, implement the RTL in Verilog/System Verilog, integrate that in top level and deliver the fully verified, synthesis/timing clean design
Work closely with verification team to ensure all aspects of the design are covered and verified
Provide timing constraint for those IPs and support the physical implementation team (synthesis, timing closure, formality check)
Participate in silicon bring‑up and validation
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or computer science
5+ years of experience in RTL implementation

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Pay range: ASIC Design Engineer/Senior: $170,000.00 - $230,000.00 per year. Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case‑by‑case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job‑related knowledge and skills, education, and experience. Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at SpaceX. You may also be eligible for long‑term incentives, in the form of company stock, stock options, or long‑term cash awards, as well as potential discretionary bonuses and the ability to purchase additional stock at a discount through an Employee Stock Purchase Plan. What You'll Get to Do
The Principal Program Cost Control Analyst (PCA) will support/lead cost reporting for the Ship Service Turbine Generator (SSTG) Block 6 program within Northrop Grumman's Marine Systems Business Unit.
The PCA will interface with the program managers, functional management, cost account managers (CAMs) and business managers to provide financial support and analysis to meet program requirements. They will prepare budgets and schedules for contract work and assist in financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales outlook, cash forecasting, and variance analysis.
The PCA will monitor costs and schedules on contracts requiring validated cost schedule control system. This will include performing perform Earned Value Metric (EVM) tasks such as Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) development, budget baseline, cost risk analysis/ assessment and visibility reports, development, and analysis of estimates to complete.
The PCA will perform analysis and prepare reports in order to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelines, including maintaining accurate records of expenditures, directing preparation of expenditure projections, and submitting timely requests for additional funding to the government.
The PCA will support audits and reviews as requested by programs, customers, and company management, support Annual Operating Plan, Resource Plan, and Long Range Strategic Plan activity, and prepare financial inputs to internal and external reports and presentations.

8. Set up and operate fixture to mill‑off weld crowns and drill holes in tube to exacting azimuth and longitudinal locations. Layout and scribe reference points as required. Burn penetrations using plasma burning equipment.
9. Sign off operations completed and obtain inspection sign off on operation sheets as required.
10. Maintain in effect certification for welding and take and acceptably pass periodic and written tests.
11. Check work for conformance to specifications.
12. Maintain tools, equipment and work area in a clean and orderly condition.
13. Make proper time charge entries and record data as required.

This is a strategically critical OU with a long-term, stable backlog, and an average of ~$350M annual sales with a focused objective of delivering critical power generation and propulsion technology to the United States Navy, in support of high-visibility national security missions.
The Contracts Manager 3 will report to the Marine Systems Business Unit Director of Contracts, Pricing, and Government Property and will work closely on a day-to-day basis with the OU Program Managers/Directors, Business Managers, Operations Managers, Engineering Managers, and functional teams throughout the OU. Prior experience presenting to and negotiating with all levels of management is required.

Install cams, gears and tooling and operate riveting machines or manually rivet and peen shroud to side entry and standard type blades on stationary elements. Identify parts in accordance with method specified and store as required. Check work for conformance to specifications. Sign off operations completed and maintain MI package in an organized manner. Make proper time charge entries and record data as required. Maintain tools, equipment and work area in a clean and orderly condition. Perform other work of equal or lower classification as required.

This position focuses on the management of the CAD (Computer Aided Design) drafting group within the Sunnyvale Marine Systems Engineering Department. Primary responsibilities include managing up to 12 direct reports to create solid models and drawings using CREO with Windchill and NX with Teamcenter, develop 2D/3D layouts, create detailed manufacturing drawings and revise existing CAD models, drawings and electronic images. PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Weld various types, sizes and shapes of materials to make fabrications utilizing Stick, Mig and Flux Core welding processes requiring care to produce a quality joint where methods, sequences, and tooling have been established.
TOOLS, PROCESSES AND EQUIPMENT:

MATERIAL:
Ferrous and nonferrous metals and their alloys, plate, structural shapes, castings and weldments, etc. Oxygen, acetylene and inert gases, flux, welding wire and rod, etc.
Work Procedure and/or Responsibility Assigned:
1. Receive work assignment from Group Leader and Supervision.
2. Read and follow safety regulations and procedures and weld symbols.
3. Setup equipment by setting amperage, voltage, pressures, feeds, and speeds within limits specified and obtaining specified electrode.
4. Position and operate manual, semi-automatic and automatic welding equipment to deposit single and multiple layers and weld in all positions at joint locations specified where care must be exercised to produce quality welds with uniform penetration.
Location of parts is determined by others or by fixtures. Load and clamp material in fixtures against fixed stops.
5. Operate carbon arc torch to remove weldments from floorplate or strongback and braces from weldments.
6. Operate handling equipment to lift, move and position material.
7. Sign off operations completed and obtain first piece and final inspection signoffs on operation sheets as required.
8. Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in a clean and orderly condition.
9. Make proper time charge entries and record data as required.
10. Maintain in effect certification for welding ferrous and nonferrous metals and alloys and take and acceptably pass periodic working tests.
11. Identify parts in accordance with method specified.
Perform Work of equal or lower skills level as required.
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent GED.

Perform assessments of systems and networks within the networking environment or enclave and identify where those systems and networks deviate from acceptable configurations, enclave policy, or local policy; this is achieved through passive evaluations such as compliance audits and active evaluations such as vulnerability assessments.

**PRIMARY FUNCTION:**
