Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans that help students
communicate with confidence.
Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions that fit naturally into the school day.

Requirements ??? Requirements & Qualifications to Join Our League
Masterful Education
A master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
Completion of the CF fellowship is preferred, but we're open to supporting an exceptional CF candidate ready to grow into their powers!
License to Heal
Current or eligible DC licensure
Pediatric Passion
Experience (or strong interest) in working with school-aged children in educational settings.
Knowledge of IEPs, school collaboration, and classroom-based service delivery is a major plus!

Compensation
Hourly (W-2): $38-$55 an hour for direct service time; additional compensation for admin tasks
Full-Time Annual Range: $70,000-$85,000 (full time is considered 30-40 hours)
Compensation commensurate with experience and schedule commitment.
