    The person in this position is under the general supervision of the Special Programs Director and Building Principal and is responsible for diagnosis, development, and/or delivery of appropriate educational therapy for students in grades K-12 with communication disorders. Speech Language Pathologists are awarded full experience credit for teaching experience outside of the district and may be awarded up to an additional five (5) steps beyond their actual experience toward initial placement as well as a yearly stipend equal to 5% of their annual salary.
