Contribute to the development and revision of care plans as needed. Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes, and ensure timely submission of all required reports. Advise and consult with families and other Agency personnel on communication issues and therapy progress. Participate in Agency inservice programs and provide input on training needs. Complete and submit OASIS assessments, transfers, resumptions of care, discharges, and reports of significant changes in the patient's condition in accordance with Agency timelines. Completed post graduate education, possesses certification or CEU's in Acute care, geriatrics, head & neck cancer, voice, swallow & MBS studies, pediatrics, NICU & neurology or any other clinically relevant coursework/seminars.
