Manage team practice and competition. Part-time staff should work a minimum of fifteen hours per month on a consistent basis, or instruct a class a minimum of twice a week on a consistent basis. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Develop, promote, and manage the Monroe County YMCA competitive swim team in an efficient and fun manner consistent with YMCA standards.
