Stantec's Water practice is seeking a highly motivated Principal Water/Wastewater Engineer to join our successful water team in our Roseville, California office. Primary responsibilities include client service management, project delivery, design management, and project management for water and wastewater treatment and conveyance projects. We are looking for professionals with experience in the evaluation, planning, design and construction administration of water, recycled water, and wastewater infrastructure projects including proposal, scope, and fee development; alternatives analysis; treatment plant, pump station, and pipeline design; and engineering services during construction. Your Key Responsibilities
- Become engaged in business development and project delivery as a client-facing Project Leader in the Municipal and/or Industrial Water market in California.
- Manage project staff, financials, and contracts meeting performance goals and client expectations.
- Promote Stantec's project delivery structure that includes Project Managers and Project Technical Leads.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership in the development of innovative technical solutions for water and/or wastewater projects.
- Communicate effectively and coordinate with clients on projects during planning, design, and construction.
- Work closely with leadership to identify strategic client relationships to be developed, fostered and/or maintained in California and lead business development efforts.
- Engage our clients in meaningful discussions about their most critical issues and translate those discussions into opportunities to deliver solutions.
- Support Stantec's reputation for innovation and research through participation in California conferences, professional associations, and academic partnerships.
- Mentor young professionals in the California offices.
- Comply with Stantec safety procedures and protocols.
Your Capabilities and Credentials
- Experience organizing, planning, and executing water and/or wastewater treatment and/or conveyance designs from pursuit to design and construction.
- Experience leading, coordinating, and managing multidisciplinary teams involving internal personnel, subconsultants, vendors, and suppliers.
- Experience with collaborative delivery projects working with contractors and vendors.
- Strong client service, project management, and/or design management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for team building, collaboration, and mentoring.
- Strong technical skills with at least one area of specialized expertise.
- Ability to meet client expectations on project budgeting and quality management.
- Experience managing or participating in market and strategic client relationship development campaigns and proposal writing.
- Must have a good driving record and valid driver's license.
Education and Experience
- Education: B.S. degree in civil, environmental, or chemical engineering, M.S. preferred
- Experience: Minimum of 15 years of water/wastewater treatment or conveyance experience
- Licenses/Certifications: Valid California Professional Engineering license, or Professional Engineering license in another state with ability to obtain California license within 1 year of employment required.

AECOM is seeking a Senior Scheduler - Forensic Claims for one of our offices in Fresno, CA.
JOB SUMMARY
This role supports the California High-Speed Rail project by performing forensic delay analyses, schedule evaluations, and claims assessments. Working within the Risk Management Office, this role helps ensure schedule integrity, identifies risks, and contributes to resolving time-related disputes.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform detailed forensic delay analyses, develop delay causation narratives, and produce summary reports identifying delay responsibility and impacts
Analyze contractor-submitted time impact analyses (TIAs) and schedule-related claims to assess validity and quantify time extension requests
Collaborate with regional Authority staff, Project Construction Managers (PCMs), and consultants in schedule planning, development, and maintenance for CHSR projects
Provide schedule development and ongoing schedule maintenance, including updates to schedule data, duration adjustments, and documentation of schedule basis and assumptions
Evaluate critical path, longest path, and near-critical activities; provide insight into the project's ability to meet schedule milestones
Develop and maintain what-if schedules and scenario analyses to support forecasting and risk mitigation strategies
Assist in the development of rebuttal documentation and participate in claims review meetings to support dispute resolution
Identify schedule risks and contribute to risk assessments, including evaluation of environmental, utility, and seasonal constraints impacting construction timelines
Monitor and verify schedule progress and provide periodic reporting to Program/Project Controls, including variance and performance analysis
Coordinate with financial analysts to assess the cost implications of schedule delays or extensions
Provide recommendations for increasing schedule reliability, accuracy, and overall program schedule health
Support internal and external audits by documenting and presenting forensic findings and delay impact assessments
Qualifications
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
BA/BS + 8 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Demonstrated expertise in Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Strong working knowledge of delay analysis methodologies (e.g., Windows Analysis, Time Impact Analysis, Impacted As-Planned, Collapsed As-Built)
Proven experience developing and reviewing construction schedules from preliminary or conceptual designs
Knowledge of rail and roadway infrastructure, including structures, staging, and systems integration

Experience with large-scale capital programs and understanding of public-sector infrastructure delivery

Project Manager
The Project Manager will work on general aviation and non-hub commercial service airports. Projects include federal and state funded airport improvement programs as well as locally funded projects at public and private use airports.
Your impact:
Design experience on FAA and State DOT aviation projects within an assigned client base.
Management of portions of a project: grant facilitation, design, bidding, construction administration, and close out to meet project goals on time and on budget.
Compliance with objectives contained within the individual airport master plans, federal grant assurance requirements, FAA and state design standards, and a project scope of work.
Knowledge and application of FAA Advisory Circulars for airport design and construction including runways, taxiways, aircraft parking aprons, grading/drainage, and pavement markings.

This role conducts environmental compliance audits in active construction areas, including reviewing reports, permits, and regulatory documents. Job Summary
