Front End Appearance and Upkeep
Keep the front end, including checkout areas and entrance doors neat and clean at all times. Face and dust front end.

Ensure fresh ads are stocked in shopping carts at all times.
Ensure forms and supplies are stocked at all times.

What You'll Do:
Key responsibilities include:
Process and prepare bank statements and forms using folding, insertion, and other mailing equipment.
Fold, stuff, and prepare overdraft/NSF notices and other special mailings.
Apply postage and prepare outgoing mail in accordance with postal regulations.
Sort, weigh, and post mail items; place posted mail into appropriate trays and deliver to distribution centers if needed.
Monitor and maintain mailroom equipment and supplies such as envelopes.
Follow daily schedules and quality standards set by the Backroom Services team.
Assist with training new processors and answer questions as needed.
Keep personal and shared workspaces clean and organized.
Provide backup for other Backroom Services tasks and assist in resolving issues as they arise.
