Additional Duties
Participates in on-call duties as defined by the on-call policy. Ensures that arrangements for equipment and other necessary items and services are available. Supervises ancillary personnel and delegates responsibilities when required. Assumes responsibility for personal growth and development and maintains and upgrades professional knowledge and practice skills through attendance and participation in continuing education and in-service classes. Fulfills the obligation of requested and/or accepted case assignments. Actively participates in quality assessment performance improvement teams and activities.

The RN assumes a pivotal role in managing clinical activities, supporting staff, and ensuring the safe, compliant, and effective delivery of infusion therapies in the clinic setting. We currently have 30+ ambulatory infusion centers in six western states. Position Summary:
The RN is responsible for the comprehensive nursing management of patients receiving infusion and injection therapies. This includes direct care, assessment, coordination of services, clinical oversight of support staff, and adherence to state and federal standards within the RN scope of practice.

Patient Assessment & Infusion Care
Conducts comprehensive initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of patients' clinical conditions.

Administers and monitors IV therapies, biologics, and injectables per prescribed orders.

Provides clinical guidance and task delegation to LPNs and assistive personnel in alignment with scope-of-practice regulations.
Serves as the central clinical resource for day-to-day operations in the clinic.
